Claims (20)
- 医療機器(1)の空間的な位置および/または方位を検出するシステムであって、
電磁放射(4)を放射する送信ユニット(3)と、
該送信ユニット(3)から放射された前記電磁放射(4)を受信して位置特定信号(5)を形成する、前記医療機器(1)に配置されている少なくとも1つの位置特定素子(2)と、
前記位置特定信号(5)の評価により前記医療機器(1)の位置および/または方位を検出する評価ユニット(9)と、
前記評価ユニット(9)に接続されている少なくとも1つの受信ユニット(6、7、8)と、
を有するシステムにおいて、
前記位置特定素子(2)はトランスポンダを有し、
該トランスポンダはアンテナ(13)と、該アンテナ(13)に接続されており、電磁放射を送受信する回路(12)と、を有し、
該回路(12)は前記アンテナ(13)を介して受信された前記送信ユニット(3)の前記電磁放射(4)によって励起され、しかも前記位置特定信号(5)を電磁放射として前記アンテナ(13)を介して送出するように励起され、
前記トランスポンダは受動的なトランスポンダとして構成されており、前記回路(12)の電流供給は前記送信ユニット(3)から放射された前記電磁放射(4)を受信した際に前記アンテナ(13)内に生じる誘導電流によって行われ、
前記評価ユニット(9)は、前記受信ユニット(6、7、8)のそれぞれの場所における前記位置特定信号(5)の前記電磁放射の位相位置に基づき前記医療機器(1)の位置および/または方位を検出するよう構成され、
前記回路(12)は、2つまたはそれ以上の異なる周波数の位置特定信号を形成するよう構成されている、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記トランスポンダは前記回路(12)への電流供給のためにコンデンサ(14)を有し、該コンデンサ(14)は前記アンテナ(13)内に生じる誘導電流によって充電される、
請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記位置特定信号(5)の前記電磁放射の周波数は前記送信ユニット(3)から放射された前記電磁放射(4)の周波数とは異なる、
請求項1または2記載のシステム。 - 前記回路(12)は、前記送信ユニット(3)から放射された前記電磁放射(4)の変調によって前記位置特定信号を形成するよう構成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記トランスポンダは少なくとも1つのセンサ素子(15)に接続されており、前記トランスポンダの前記回路(12)は、前記センサ素子(15)のセンサ信号を電磁放射として前記トランスポンダの前記アンテナ(13)を介して送出するように構成されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記センサ素子(15)は前記医療機器(1)に組み込まれた温度センサ、圧力センサ、pHセンサまたは位置センサである、
請求項5記載のシステム。 - 前記医療機器(1)は血管内カテーテルまたはガイドワイヤまたは生検針である、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記トランスポンダはRFIDタグである、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記医療機器(1)には少なくとも2つの位置特定素子(2、2’)が配置されており、該位置特定素子(2、2’)にはそれぞれトランスポンダが対応付けられている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記医療機器(1)には配置されていない少なくとも1つの付加的な位置特定素子(2’’)が設けられており、該付加的な位置特定素子(2’’)にはトランスポンダが対応付けられており、該付加的な位置特定素子(2’’)は患者の身体に取り外し可能に取り付けられる、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記付加的な位置特定素子(2’’)は例えば粘着、接着または吸盤によって患者の皮膚表面に取り外し可能に取り付けられる、
請求項10記載のシステム。 - 前記付加的な位置特定素子(2’’)のトランスポンダは粘着性の細長いフィルムまたは粘着性の細長い布に組み込まれている、
請求項10または11記載のシステム。 - 前記送信ユニット(3)はMR機器の送信ユニットであり、該送信ユニットはMR機器の検査体積内に高周波電磁界を形成するための送受信アンテナ(コイル)を有する、
請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記トランスポンダは受動的なトランスポンダとして構成されており、前記回路(12)の電流供給はMR撮像の間に高周波電磁界を受信した際に前記アンテナ(13)内に生じる誘導電流によって行われる、
請求項13記載のシステム。 - 前記評価ユニット(9)は前記MR機器に接続されており、前記医療機器(1)の位置および/または方位の検出を、前記MR機器の前記送受信アンテナ(コイル)を介して受信した前記位置特定信号(5)に基づき行う、
請求項13または14記載のシステム。 - 前記評価ユニット(9)は、前記MR機器の前記送受信アンテナの場所における前記位置特定信号(5)の前記電磁放射の位相位置に基づき前記医療機器(1)の位置および/または方位を検出するために構成されている、
請求項15記載のシステム。 - 前記評価ユニット(9)は、複数の位置特定信号(5)から検出された冗長的な複数の位置データおよび/または方位データから適切な位置データおよび/または方位データを選択するために構成されている、
請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 前記位置特定素子(2)は並行しておよび/または時間的に連続して位置特定信号(5)を送出するために励起される複数のトランスポンダを有する、
請求項17記載のシステム。 - 前記トランスポンダはそれぞれ異なる周波数の位置特定信号(5)を形成するために構成されている、
請求項18記載のシステム。 - 前記医療機器(1)には冗長的な位置特定信号(5)を形成するために複数の位置特定素子(2)が配置されている、
