Claims (6)
- 歯付ベルトに係合する少なくとも一つの溝を備え、
前記溝がフランク面を有し、前記フランク面の溝先端丸み半径(R1)が、前記歯付ベルトがラック形状とされるときのベルト歯元丸み半径(R8)の約105%〜約125%の間にあり、
前記溝先端丸み半径が直線フランク部(202)により溝弧状共役フランク部(200)に接合され、
前記直線フランク部が溝中心線(CL)に関して約18°〜約24°の角度(Φ)で配置されるとともに、その長さがスプロケット溝深さ(h)の約20%以上であり、
前記スプロケット溝深さ(h)が、歯付ベルト歯高さ(h2)よりも0%から約4%大きい値の範囲にある
ことを特徴とするスプロケット。 - 前記直線フランク部(202)の長さが、前記溝中心線(CL)上で測定される前記スプロケット溝深さ(h)の約50%よりも短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記歯付ベルトのフランク面に対する追跡曲線の形状が、x座標をベルト長手方向軸に沿った座標、y座標をベルト長手方向に直交する座標とするとき、所定値Aに対して、y=A{ln[A/x+√((A/x) 2 −1)]−√(1−(x/A) 2 )}で表され、前記所定値Aとベルト歯高さ(h2)の比が約0.55〜0.90であることを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れか一項に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記ベルト歯高さ(h2)と前記歯付ベルトの基部幅(b)の比が約0.30〜1.0であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載のスプロケット。
- 前記基部幅(b)と前記歯付ベルトのピッチ(P)の比が約0.80〜0.35であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載のスプロケット。
- y=A{ln[A/x+√((A/x) 2 −1)]−√(1−(x/A) 2 )}の式において、ベルト歯先位置でのyの値を0、y=h2を満たすxの値をx4とするとき、x4の値、前記ベルト歯付ベルトの基部幅(b)、前記所定値(A)の間にはb/2>(A−x4)の関係が成り立つことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスプロケット。
