Description
さらに本発明は、熱可塑性材料から成る容器をブロー成形するための装置であって、パリソンの搬送経路に沿って配置される少なくとも1つの加熱路と、ブロー成形型を備えたブローステーションとを有し、加熱路が、少なくとも2つの加熱放射器を重設した少なくとも1つの加熱要素を有している前記装置にも関わる。
本発明の他の課題は、冒頭で述べた種類の装置を、簡潔な構成と優れた製品品質で高処理量が可能になるように構成することである。
また、上記課題は、本発明による装置によれば、加熱放射器が、容器の複数の高さレベルで容器の壁厚を測定する複数個のセンサと接続されている容器壁厚制御器に接続されていること、センサが、容器の引伸ばされた領域の長さと該引伸ばされた領域に対応するパリソンの領域の長さとの比によって形成される引伸ばし率を考慮に入れた加熱放射器の高さレベルに相当する高さレベルに配置されていることによって解決される。
図1と図2はパリソン(1)をブロー成形して容器(2)を形成するための装置の基本構成図である。
Claims (23)
- 容器をブロー成形するための方法であって、熱可塑性材料から成るパリソンを、加熱路の領域で搬送経路に沿って熱的にコンディショニングした後、ブロー成形型の内部でブロー成形圧を作用させることにより容器に成形し、熱的なコンディショニングを、重設した複数個の加熱放射器によって行なうようにした前記方法において、
容器(2)のブロー成形に引き続いて、容器(2)の複数の異なる高さレベルで容器(2)の壁厚を測定すること、
容器壁厚制御器(55)に、前記複数の異なる高さレベルでの容器(2)の壁厚の設定値を目標値として供給し、且つ前記複数の異なる高さレベルで測定した壁厚のそれぞれの実測値を供給することにより、複数の異なる高さレベルでパリソン(1)に付設される複数個の加熱放射器(41)を前記目標値と前記実測値とを用いてそれぞれその加熱力に関し制御すること、
容器(2)の壁厚を測定する容器壁厚測定装置(44)と、加熱放射器(41)をその加熱力に関し制御する容器壁厚制御器(55)とを少なくとも2対設け、高さレベル固有の容器壁厚制御を実施するために、各対の容器壁厚測定装置(44)と容器壁厚制御器(55)とを1つの制御回路に組み込むこと、
容器(2)の壁厚を測定するための容器(2)の前記複数の異なる高さレベルが、容器(2)の引伸ばされた領域の長さと該引伸ばされた領域に対応するパリソン(1)の領域の長さとの比によって形成される引伸ばし率を考慮した加熱放射器(41)の前記複数の高さレベルに相当していること、

- 容器壁厚測定用のセンサ(45)がパリソン(1)の搬送方向においてブローホイール(25)の後方に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12から18までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 加熱路(24)の加熱要素(30)の一部のみが容器壁厚制御回路内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12から19までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも、パリソン(1)の搬送方向において最後の加熱要素(30)が、容器壁厚制御回路の一部として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12から20までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 異なる加熱要素(30)の、同じ高さレベルに配置されている少なくとも2つの加熱放射器(41)が、容器壁厚制御回路によってパラレル制御されていることを特徴とする、請求項12から21までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも、パリソン(1)の搬送方向において最初の加熱要素(30)が、容器壁厚制御回路の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12から22までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
