Abstract
Description
さらに本発明は、少なくとも1つのブロー成形ステーションを有し、該ブロー成形ステーションが少なくとも1つのブロー成形型と少なくとも1つの引伸ばし棒とを備え、引伸ばし棒が加圧状態にあるガスを供給するための供給装置に接続されている、容器をブロー成形するための装置にも関わる。
図1と図2はパリソン(1)をブロー成形して容器(2)を形成するための装置の基本構成図である。
Claims (19)
- パリソンを熱的にコンディショニングした後、該パリソンをブロー成形型の内部で引伸ばし棒により引伸ばし、ブロー成形圧を作用させることにより容器に成形し、加圧状態にあるガスを引伸ばし棒を通じて容器内へ導入させるようにした、容器をブロー成形するための方法において、
圧力室(54)から供給した圧縮ガスを引伸ばし棒(11)の棒内部空間(50)内へ側方から導入することを特徴とする方法。 - 容器(2)をブロー成形するためのガスを棒内部空間(50)内へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄ガスを棒内部空間(50)内へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 容器(2)を成形した後にしてブロー成形型(4)から取り出す前に圧縮ガスを棒内部空間(50)内へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 圧縮ガスを、複数個の貫通穴(53)を通じて棒内部空間(50)内へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 棒内部空間(50)内への圧縮ガスの供給をソレノイド弁によって制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのブロー成形ステーションを有し、該ブロー成形ステーションが少なくとも1つのブロー成形型と少なくとも1つの引伸ばし棒とを備え、引伸ばし棒が加圧状態にあるガスを供給するための供給装置に接続されている、容器をブロー成形するための装置において、
引伸ばし棒(11)が、ブロー成形型(4)側の引伸ばし棒丸形先端部(51)とブロー成形型(4)とは逆の側の引伸ばし棒端部(52)との間に、引伸ばし棒(11)の棒内部空間(50)に開口して加圧状態のガスを供給する少なくとも1つの貫通穴(53)を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 引伸ばし棒(11)が複数個の貫通穴(53)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 貫通穴(53)が引伸ばし棒(11)の周方向と引伸ばし棒(11)の長手軸線(57)の方向とに分配して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 引伸ばし棒内部空間(50)が貫通穴(53)の領域から引伸ばし棒丸形先端部(51)まで延びていること、貫通穴(53)と引伸ばし棒端部(52)との間の領域が中実に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から9までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 引伸ばし棒(11)はその貫通穴(53)が圧力室(54)の領域に位置決め可能であるように案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 圧力室(54)が圧縮空気供給用のソレノイド弁に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から11までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- ソレノイド弁と圧力室(54)とがブロック状に互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- ソレノイド弁が圧力室(54)に対しわずかな間隔を持って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 貫通穴(53)を少なくとも一時的に密封するため、圧力室(54)のチャンバーケースに対し相対的に可動に配置される閉鎖部材(71)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 閉鎖部材(71)が引伸ばし棒(11)を部分的にスリーブ状に取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 閉鎖部材(71)が密封領域を提供する少なくとも2つの棒パッキン(69,70)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の装置。
- 容器をブロー成形するための装置に設けられる引伸ばし棒において、引伸ばし棒(11)が、ブロー成形型(4)側の引伸ばし棒丸形先端部(51)とブロー成形型(4)とは逆の側の引伸ばし棒端部(52)との間に、引伸ばし棒(11)の棒内部空間(50)に開口して加圧状態のガスを供給する少なくとも1つの貫通穴(53)を有していることを特徴とする引伸ばし棒。
- 従属項8から10までの少なくとも1つに記載の構成に対応して構成されていることを特徴とする引伸ばし棒。
