Description
次いで、本発明の実施例と同様の操作によって比較例に相当する試料の調整を行った。比較例に相当する試料No.7〜試料No.10については表2にその組成とそれらの評価結果をまとめる。
Claims (6)
- 酸化物ガラス組成物であって、酸化物換算の質量百分率表示でP2O5 0.01〜3%、SiO2 52〜62%、Al2O3 12.8〜16%、B2O3 0〜8%、MgO 0〜3.1%、CaO 22.8〜30%、R2O(R=Li+Na+K) 0〜2%の組成を有し、
熔融ガラスの粘性が10 3 dPa・sである成形温度Txが1189℃以下であり、かつ、成形温度Txと液相温度Tyとの温度差ΔTxyが100℃以上であることを特徴とするガラス繊維用組成物。 - MgO 0.1〜3.1%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス繊維用組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のガラス繊維組成物をブッシング装置によって成形して得られたガラス繊維。
- ブッシング装置による熔融ガラスの成形温度Txを目標温度に対して±20℃の範囲で計測管理しながら成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガラス繊維。
- 成形された後の製品形態が、チョップドストランド、ヤーン、及びロービングの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載のガラス繊維。
- 請求項3から請求項5の何れかに記載のガラス繊維を有機媒体、コンクリート又はモルタルと複合化させてなることを特徴とするガラス繊維含有複合材料。
