Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態を適用した電池モジュールを示す斜視図、図2は図1の部分拡大斜視図、図3は図1のIII-III線に沿う断面図であり、直方体状のケース内に複数の単電池を積層した単電池積層体23Aが収容された例について説明する。
図7は本発明の他の実施の形態を適用した電池モジュールを示す斜視図、図8は図7の部分拡大斜視図、図9は図7の電池モジュールを複数積層した電池モジュール群を示す斜視図である。
図10は本発明のさらに他の実施の形態を適用した電池モジュールを複数積層した状態を示す断面図である。本例の電池モジュール1Aは、図6に示す第2弾性変形部16Aの第2凸部161Aに代えて第3凹部161´Aが形成され、これにともない第1弾性変形部15Aの第1凸部151´Aが隣接する電池モジュール1Xの第2弾性変形部16Xの第3凹部161´Xに係合するように長く形成されている点が相違する。

Claims (12)
- 一方の主面に他の電池モジュールを積層した場合に、当該他の電池モジュールを連結する第1連結部と、
前記一方の主面に設けられ、前記第1連結部により前記他の電池モジュールを連結した場合に、当該他の電池モジュールの対向する主面に当接して弾性変形する第1弾性変形部と、を有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1連結部が連結される前記他の電池モジュールの連結部と同じ形状に形成された第2連結部をさらに有し、
前記第2連結部は、他方の主面にさらに他の電池モジュールを積層した場合に、当該さらに他の電池モジュールを連結する電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
他方の主面に設けられ、前記第1弾性変形部と同じ形状に形成された第2弾性変形部をさらに有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
他方の主面に設けられ、前記第1弾性変形部と係合する第2弾性変形部をさら有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1連結部と、前記他の電池モジュールの連結部との間に介装され、前記第1弾性変形部より柔らかい弾性を有する緩衝部をさらに有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1弾性変形部は、第1凸部と、前記一方の主面上を前記第1凸部から外周方向に延在し、前記第1凸部より高さの低い凸状ビード部とを有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1弾性変形部は第1凸部を有し、前記第2弾性変形部は前記第1凸部に係合する第3凹部を有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項6に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記一方の主面の前記第1凸部および前記凸状ビード部以外の面に形成された第1凹部をさらに有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1凹部に形成され、前記第1凸部より高さの低い凸状整流部をさらに有する電池モジュール。 - 請求項3〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記第1弾性変形部は樹脂製ケースの一方の主面であり、前記第2弾性変形部は前記樹脂製ケースの他方の主面である電池モジュール。 - 請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記緩衝部は、ゴムまたはエラストマー樹脂から構成される電池モジュール。 - 同一形状とされた少なくとも一対の電池モジュールであって、一方の電池モジュールの一方の主面に他方の電池モジュールの他方の主面を対面させて積層した一対の電池モジュールにおいて、
前記一対の電池モジュールのそれぞれに設けられ、当該一対の電池モジュールを互いに連結させる連結部と、
前記連結部が連結した場合に、前記一対の電池モジュールの対面する主面のそれぞれに設けられ、互いに加圧し合うように当接して弾性変形する弾性変形部と、を有する電池モジュール。
