Description
Claims (5)
- Ag合金マトリックス中に金属酸化物粒子を分散させてなる摺動接点材料において、
前記Ag合金マトリックスは、0.3〜1.0重量%のNiと、0.5〜5.0重量%のCuとを含み、残部AgからなるAg合金であり、
前記金属酸化物として、Ta酸化物を0.1〜3.0重量%分散させてなる摺動接点材料。 - 更に、Mg、Znの1種又は2種の金属酸化物粒子を0.1〜10.0重量%分散させてなる請求項1記載の摺動接点材料。
- Cu又はCu合金のベース材料上の一部に、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の摺動接点材料を埋設したものであるクラッド複合材。
- 埋設した摺動接点材料上の少なくとも一部をAu又はAu合金で被覆した請求項3記載のクラッド複合材。
- 請求項3又は請求項4に記載のクラッド複合材を整流子として用いたモーター。
