Claims (11)
- 金属製のボルト(1、1’)をプラスチックワークピース(2)に連結する方法であって、
− 前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)及び前記金属製のボルト(1、1’)を提供するステップと、
− 回転停止後の前記金属製のボルト(1、1’)の周りにおける可塑化した前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)の材料が硬化して、圧入した前記金属製のボルト(1、1’)が前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)に固定されるように、前記ボルト(1、1’)を、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)の表面に、選択された回転速度で圧入させるステップを含む方法。 - 前記ボルト(1、1’)は、その円周面に型出し部(12、13)を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(1、1’)は、可塑化し変形する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(1、1’)の先端部(5)が変形する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(1、1’)の前記先端部(5)は、前記先端部(5)の直径(D)が、前記ボルト(1、1’)の前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)に圧入される部分の直径よりも大きくなるように、アーチ状となる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第2のプラスチックワークピースが、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)上に配置され、前記ボルト(1、1’)は、回転しながら前記第1及び前記第2のプラスチックワークピース(2)に圧入される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の金属ワークピース(6)は、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)における前記ボルト(1、1’)が圧入される表面の反対側の面に設置され、前記ボルト(1、1’)の前記先端部(5)が、前記第1の金属ワークピース(6)に接触するような深さまで、前記ボルト(1、1’)を、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)に回転させながら圧入させる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 融解連結(7)が、前記ボルト(1、1’)と前記第1の金属ワークピース(6)との間に形成される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(1、1’)が回転しながら圧入される前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)の表面を覆って、前記ボルト(1、1’)用の貫通孔(9)を有する第2の金属ワークピース(8)が配置され、前記ボルト(1、1’)が前記貫通孔(9)を貫通し、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)に回転しながら圧入される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ボルト(1、1’)は、前記第1のプラスチックワークピース(2)から離れた端部にヘッド(10)を有し、前記ヘッド(10)は、前記貫通孔(9)の直径よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
