Description
Claims (12)
- 負の温度抵抗係数を有するとともに、以下の一般式で表され、
第1の半導電性のペロブスカイト系と第2の非導電性のペロブスカイト系からなる相均一なペロブスカイト混晶系として構成される、
ことを特徴とするセラミック材料。
(ここで、(SE1 III,SE2 III)は希土金属カチオンであって、SE1 IIIはSE2 IIIと同一であっても良く、SE1 IIIとSE2 IIIからなる混合物において、異なる希土金属カチオンを表してもよい。また、M1 IIは、M2 IIと同一であるか、様々な割合で混合されたそれらの混合物であっても良く、Ca II またはSr II を表している。また、Me1 IIIおよびMe2 IIIは、酸化還元において安定的な(redox−stable)、同一あるいは異なる3価の金属カチオンであり、0<x<1;0.1≦z<0.5;0.1≦y≦0.3を適用する。) - SE1 IIIおよびSE2 IIIは、YIII,CeIII,SmIIIおよびLaIIIからなる群から選ばれたカチオンで構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセラミック材料。 - Me1 IIIおよびMe2 IIIは、AlIIIおよびGaIIIからなる群から選ばれた金属カチオンで構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - パラメータxについて、0.01≦x≦0.5を適用する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 前記第1の半導電性のペロブスカイト系は、SEIII 1−xMII x(Cr1−yMny)O3を含み、前記第2の非導電性のペロブスカイト系は、SEIIIMeIIIO3を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を製造する方法であって、
所望量の化合物SEIII 2O3,MIICO3,Cr2O3,Mn2O3,Mn3O4,MnCO3およびMeIII 2O3が混合されて、焼結される、
ことを特徴とするセラミック材料の製造方法。 - さらに、焼結前に、化合物の混合物をか焼する工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセラミック材料の製造方法。 - さらに、焼結補助剤を加える工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のセラミック材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料を含む、
ことを特徴とする電子セラミック部品。 - 前記セラミック材料と導電性の電極表面を含有するセラミックベース本体を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電子セラミック部品。
