Description
式中、Fcはホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を塗布していない試験材Aのホルムアルデヒド放散量であり、Fdは前記ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を塗布した試験材Aのホルムアルデヒド放散量である。尚、Fcは、1.577mg/Lであった。
〔比較例1〕
本比較例では、尿素20重量部のみを用いてホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、実施例1と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例2〕
本比較例では、第1リン酸アンモニウム5重量部と、第2リン酸アンモニウム5重量部とのみを混合してホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した。次に、本比較例で得られたホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤10重量部を、イオン交換水90重量部に溶解して、10重量%の濃度のホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例3〕
本比較例では、第1リン酸アンモニウム7重量部と、第2リン酸アンモニウム3重量部とのみを混合してホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、比較例2と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例4〕
本比較例では、第1リン酸アンモニウム2重量部と、第2リン酸アンモニウム8重量部とのみを混合してホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、比較例2と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例5〕
本比較例では、尿素15重量部のみを用いてホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、実施例4と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例6〕
本比較例では、尿素40重量部のみを用いてホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、実施例8と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例7〕
本比較例では、尿素30重量部と、第2リン酸アンモニウム10重量部とのみを混合してホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を調製した以外は、実施例8と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例8〕
本比較例では、比較例2と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
〔比較例9〕
本比較例では、比較例4と全く同一にして、ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤水溶液を調製した。
Claims (8)
- 尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを含むことを特徴とするホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤。
- 尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを、尿素/第1リン酸アンモニウム/第2リン酸アンモニウム=5〜45/0.5〜15/1〜20の範囲の重量比で含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤。
- 尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを、尿素/第1リン酸アンモニウム/第2リン酸アンモニウム=10〜35/1〜10/2〜15の範囲の重量比で含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤。
- 前記ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を水に溶解又は分散してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤。
- 尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを含むホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を塗布してなることを特徴とする木質材料。
- 前記ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤を、乾燥重量が1〜50g/m2の範囲となるように塗布してなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の木質材料。
- 前記ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤は、尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを、尿素/第1リン酸アンモニウム/第2リン酸アンモニウム=5〜45/0.5〜15/1〜20の範囲の重量比で含むことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の木質材料。
- 前記ホルムアルデヒド捕捉剤は、尿素と第1リン酸アンモニウムと第2リン酸アンモニウムとを、尿素/第1リン酸アンモニウム/第2リン酸アンモニウム=10〜35/1〜10/2〜15の範囲の重量比で含むことを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の木質材料。
