Abstract
本发明属于人造板辅料技术领域,涉及一种降醛剂。本发明所公开降醛剂,按质量百分数包括:降醛组分20~40%,增强剂组分1~10%,余为水,所述降醛组分为尿素、焦亚硫酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、丙烯酰胺、硼酸钠中的一种或几种;所述增强剂组分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、乙酸铵、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。在低甲醛释放纤维板的施胶工序中,将MUF树脂、所述降醛剂通过静态混合器混合,与固化剂一起经输胶泵送入热磨机的排料阀前,喷出雾化胶液。本发明所公开的降醛剂,在采用E1级胶水生产E0级或者F4星级纤维板,甚至甲醛释放量更低的纤维板时,适量添加,对板材性能几无影响,且施加方式简单可行,已经应用于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于人造板辅料技术领域,涉及降醛剂,尤其涉及一种降醛剂及其制法和应用于低甲醛释放量纤维板的生产。
背景技术
当前生产线生产低甲醛释放量纤维板主要有三种方法:①使用低摩尔比的三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(以下简称MUF树脂);②使用部分摩尔比相对较高的MUF树脂,同时添加适量异氰酸酯;③使用高摩尔比的MUF树脂,添加一定量的降醛剂。
对于第一种方法,只能适当降低MUF树脂摩尔比,因此甲醛释放量降低幅度也有限,摩尔比降低太多会影响胶水固化效果,从而影响板材性能;对于第二种方法,需要添加少量的脱模剂,且异氰酸酯价格高,成本增加较多;对于第三种方法,市场上许多降醛剂会影响板材性能,甲醛释放量下降的同时,板材性能下降很多,无法生产合格的板材。
要想生产合格的板材,必须提高MUF树脂中三聚氰胺量或者施胶量,成本增加较多。本发明通过添加一种环保高效的降醛剂,使用业内常用E1级MUF树脂胶水,可生产E0级或者F4星级,甚至甲醛释放量更低的板材,对板材性能几乎没有影响,能保证板材性能,生产合格的板材。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明公开了一种降醛剂及其制法和应用于低甲醛释放量纤维板的生产。
本发明的一个目的是公开了一种环保高效的降醛剂。
一种降醛剂,按质量百分数包括:降醛组分20~40%,增强剂组分1~10%,余为水,其中,所述降醛组分为尿素、焦亚硫酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、丙烯酰胺、硼酸钠中的一种或几种;所述增强剂组分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、乙酸铵、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
本发明较优公开例中,所述降醛组分为焦亚硫酸钠、尿素和异噻唑啉酮,三者质量比为2:1:2。
本发明较优公开例中,所述增强剂组分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二甲基乙醇胺,三者质量比为1:1:1。
本发明的另外一个目的,公开了上述降醛剂的制备方法。
制备上述降醛剂的方法:首先向反应釜中加入降醛组分,然后加入水,搅拌;测试反应釜中溶液pH值,根据pH值添加增强剂组分,使得成品降醛剂pH值在5.5~6.5之间。
本发明还有一个目的在于,公开了所述降醛剂的应用,即在低甲醛释放纤维板的施胶工序中,将MUF树脂、降醛剂通过静态混合器混合,与固化剂一起经输胶泵送入热磨机的排料阀前,喷出雾化胶液,使得纤维与胶黏剂充分均匀混合。
其中,所述降醛剂的施加量为MUF树脂质量的1~7.8%,优选4.6%;
所述固化剂为25%硫酸铵水溶液,施加量为MUF树脂质量的2~5%,优选3.85%。
有益效果
本发明公开了一种环保高效的降醛剂,在采用E1级胶水生产E0级或者F4星级纤维板,甚至甲醛释放量更低的纤维板时,进行适量添加,对板材性能几乎没有影响,可保证板材性能,且施加方式简单可行,适用于工业化生产,兼顾了板材性能和成本,克服了目前生产线生产低甲醛释放量纤维板的缺陷。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,以使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本实施例的原料每立方米用量包括:木材2.1t,E1级MUF树脂220kg,降醛剂3kg,石蜡6.5kg,固化剂1.5kg。
降醛剂原料和重量份数包括:降醛组分30%,增强剂组分10%,水60%。
其中降醛组分由焦亚硫酸钠、尿素和异噻唑啉酮组成,三者比例为2:1:2;增强剂组分由磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二甲基乙醇胺组成,三者比例为1:1:1。
然后将枝桠材经过备料工序和热磨工序制成合格的纤维;
接着经过施胶工序,将MUF树脂、降醛剂、固化剂均匀施加到纤维中;
最后经干燥、成型、热压、冷却、裁边、砂光等工序,成品板一制成。

其中降醛组分由焦亚硫酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、丙烯酸组成,三者比例为1:1:1;增强剂组分由磷酸氢二胺、磷酸二氢胺、二甲基乙醇胺组成,三者比例为1:1:1。
然后将枝桠材经过备料工序和热磨工序制成合格的纤维;
接着经过施胶工序,将MUF树脂、降醛剂、固化剂均匀施加到纤维中;
最后经干燥、成型、热压、冷却、裁边、砂光等工序,成品板二制成。

1.一种降醛剂,按质量百分数包括:降醛组分20~40%,增强剂组分1~10%,余为水,其特征在于:所述降醛组分为尿素、焦亚硫酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、丙烯酰胺、硼酸钠中的一种或几种;所述增强剂组分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、乙酸铵、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述降醛剂,其特征在于:所述降醛组分为焦亚硫酸钠、尿素和异噻唑啉酮,三者质量比为2:1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述降醛剂,其特征在于:所述增强剂组分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钠、二甲基乙醇胺,三者质量比为1:1:1。
4.生产如上述权利要求1-3任一所述降醛剂的方法,其特征在于:首先向反应釜中加入降醛组分,然后加入水,搅拌;测试反应釜中溶液pH值,根据pH值添加增强剂组分,使得成品降醛剂pH值在5.5~6.5之间。
5.一种如上述权利要求1-3任一所述降醛剂的应用,其特征在于:在低甲醛释放纤维板的施胶工序中,将MUF树脂、降醛剂通过静态混合器混合,与固化剂一起经输胶泵送入热磨机的排料阀前,喷出雾化胶液,使得纤维与胶黏剂充分均匀混合。
6.根据权利要求5所述降醛剂的应用,其特征在于:所述降醛剂的施加量为MUF树脂质量的1~7.8%。
7.根据权利要求6所述降醛剂的应用,其特征在于:所述降醛剂的施加量为MUF树脂质量的4.6%。
8.根据权利要求5所述降醛剂的应用,其特征在于:所述固化剂为25%硫酸铵水溶液,施加量为MUF树脂质量的2~5%。
9.根据权利要求8所述降醛剂的应用,其特征在于:所述固化剂为25%硫酸铵水溶液,施加量为MUF树脂质量的3.85%。
