Claims (13)
- 発光ダイオードを実装してなる基板に給電線を接続し、前記基板、前記発光ダイオードおよび前記給電線の接続部位を、透光性熱硬化性樹脂で囲包し、さらに前記熱硬化性樹脂の外周部から該熱硬化性樹脂近傍部位の給電線の絶縁被覆物にかけて透光性熱可塑性樹脂でモールドし、前記熱硬化性樹脂は、該熱硬化性樹脂基材に前記発光ダイオードからの照射光をミー散乱させる二酸化珪素の微粒子を凝集・融着した微細凝集体の高分散シリカを混合してなり、前記二酸化珪素の微粒子は粒径10〜30nmの球状体であり、前記高分散シリカの前記微細凝集体は前記微粒子が複数凝集した粒径100〜400nmの嵩高凝集体であることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 発光ダイオードを実装してなる基板に給電線を接続し、前記基板、前記発光ダイオードおよび前記給電線の接続部位を、透光性熱硬化性樹脂で囲包し、さらに前記熱硬化性樹脂の外周部から該熱硬化性樹脂近傍部位の給電線の絶縁被覆物にかけて透光性熱可塑性樹脂でモールドし、前記熱可塑性樹脂は、該熱可塑性樹脂基材に前記発光ダイオードからの照射光をミー散乱させる二酸化珪素の微粒子を凝集・融着した微細凝集体の高分散シリカを混合してなり、前記二酸化珪素の微粒子は粒径10〜30nmの球状体であり、前記高分散シリカの前記微細凝集体は前記微粒子が複数凝集した粒径100〜400nmの嵩高凝集体であることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 発光ダイオードを実装してなる基板に給電線を接続し、前記基板、前記発光ダイオードおよび前記給電線を透光性熱硬化性樹脂で球状に囲包し、前記給電線を前記球状の前記透光性熱硬化性樹脂の1箇所から引き出して、絶縁被覆物で被覆し、前記球状の前記透光性熱硬化性樹脂の外周部から該熱硬化性樹脂近傍部位の給電線の絶縁被覆物にかけて透光性熱可塑性樹脂でモールドしたことを特徴とする照明装置。
- 透光性熱硬化性樹脂は、該熱硬化性樹脂基材に前記発光ダイオードからの照射光を光拡散させる微粒子を混合してなることを特徴とする請求項3記載の照明装置。
- 透光性熱可塑性樹脂は、該熱可塑性樹脂基材に前記発光ダイオードからの照射光を光拡散させる微粒子を混合してなることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱硬化性樹脂は、透光性シリコン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱硬化性樹脂は、透光性ポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱硬化性樹脂は、透光性エポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱可塑性樹脂は透明アクリル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱可塑性樹脂は球状、円柱状ないし紡錘体状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記透光性熱可塑性樹脂は、球体状または直方体状に形成されて基台上に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードを実装してなる前記基板はセラミック放熱板上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードおよび前記基板を囲包した前記透光性熱可塑性樹脂は複数個離隔して給電ケーブルで連結されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
