Claims (22)

前記システムが、
前記センサ及び前記制御装置と通信するコントローラを備え、タービン運転用の運転優先順位が、前記コントローラ内に設定され、タービンの運転データと比較するための運転基準が、前記運転優先順位に基づいて設定され、前記コントローラ内に保存され、タービン運転の論理的な調節を定義する上位チューニング基準が、前記コントローラによって、前記運転優先順位に基づいて設定され、
前記コントローラが、
前記センサから運転データを受信するステップと、
前記運転データを、保存されている運転基準と比較し、タービン運転が前記運転基準に従っているかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記運転制御装置と通信し、前記タービンの運転パラメータの選択された調節を実行するステップと、
タービンの運転が安定するのに十分な期間が経過したら、前記センサから、再度、運転データを受信し、更なる増分調節が望ましいかどうかを判定するステップと、
一連の増分調節を完了した場合に、再度、上位チューニング基準に基づいて更なる運転パラメータ調節を選択するステップと、
前記センサから、更なる運転調節に基づいた運転データを受信し、更なる調節が望ましいかどうかを判定するステップと、
に従って、前記タービンの運転をチューニングする、システム。 - 前記コントローラによる前記チューニングが、タービン運転の運転優先順位を設定するステップを更に含み、前記運転優先順位が、最適NOx排出量と、最適パワー出力と、最適燃焼器動特性と、の中の1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラによる前記チューニングが、前記タービン運転用の前記保存されている運転基準を前記設定された運転優先順位に基づいて選択するものである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラによる前記チューニングが、更に、データが運転基準に従っていないと判定された場合には、前記運転優先順位に基づいた上位チューニング基準に基づいて、タービン運転が前記運転基準に従っているかどうかを再度判定するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、分散型制御システム(DCS)を通して前記タービンセンサ及び制御装置と通信する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、固定増分値を有する運転パラメータ調節を選択する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、定義された範囲を有する運転パラメータ調節を選択する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- それぞれの増分調節が、前記タービンの運転が安定するのに十分な時間間隔にわたって入力される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記時間間隔が固定されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラによる前記チューニングが、更に、データが運転基準に従っていないと判定された場合には、前記運転優先順位に基づいた上位チューニング基準に基づいて、タービン運転が前記運転基準に従っているかどうかを再度判定するステップを更に含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記選択された増分調節の値が、前記上位チューニング基準に基づいている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 更に選択された前記調節が、固定増分値及び定義された範囲を含み、それぞれの更なる増分調節は、設定された期間にわたって入力され、前記期間が、前記タービンの運転が安定するのに十分な期間である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記更なる運転パラメータが、前記コントローラが運転データを受信することにより、前記運転優先順位に基づいた上位チューニング基準に基づいて、運転が運転基準に準拠しているかどうか又は更なる調節が必要であるかどうかを判定することによって選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ガスタービンの運転をチューニングするコントローラシステムであって、前記タービンが、前記タービンの運転パラメータを測定するセンサ手段と、前記タービンの前記運転パラメータの制御手段と、前記センサ手段及び前記運転パラメータの制御手段の通信リンクと、を含み、前記運転パラメータが、燃焼器のノズル内における燃焼器燃料供給配分、燃料ガス入口温度、又はタービン内における空燃比、の中の、1つ又は複数のものを含み、
前記コントローラシステムが、
最適NOx排出量と、最適パワー出力と、最適燃焼器動特性と、を含むグループの中の1つ以上を有する、タービン運転用の運転優先順位を設定する手段と、
前記センサ手段と通信し、タービン運転データを受信する受信手段と、
前記設定された運転優先順位に基づいて、前記受信したデータを既定の許容可能な値の組と比較し、チューニング調節が必要かどうかを判定する手段と、
前記制御手段と通信し、前記制御手段によって制御される選択された運転パラメータの定義された増分調節を実行する実行手段と、
前記増分調節が前記タービン運転を設定された値に適合させたかどうか、又は、更なる調節の実行が必要であるかどうか、を判定する手段と、
を備える、システム。 - ガスタービンの運転をチューニングするシステムであって、前記タービンが、前記タービンの運転パラメータを測定するセンサ手段と、前記タービンの前記運転パラメータの制御手段と、前記センサ手段と前記運転パラメータの制御手段との間の通信リンクと、を有し、前記運転パラメータが、燃焼器のノズル内における燃焼器燃料供給配分、燃料ガス入口温度、又はタービン内における空燃比、の中の、1つ又は複数のものを含み、
前記システムが、
前記通信リンクを通して、前記センサ手段及び前記制御手段と通信する、コンピュータコントローラを備え、
前記コンピュータコントローラが、
前記タービンセンサ手段から運転データを受信するステップと、
前記運転データを、保存されている運転基準と比較し、前記運転パラメータの制御手段の調節が必要であるかどうかを判定するステップと、
調節が必要であると判定された場合には、前記通信リンクを通して前記運転パラメータの制御手段と通信し、前記タービンの運転パラメータの、定義された増分調節を実行するステップと、
前記タービンセンサ手段から前記タービンの前記調節済みの運転に関する運転データを受信し、前記運転データを、保存されている運転基準と比較し、運転パラメータの更なる増分調節が必要であるかどうかを判定するステップと、
に従って前記タービンの運転をチューニングする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ガスタービンの運転をチューニングする方法であって、前記タービンが、前記センサ及び前記運転制御装置と通信する分散型制御システム(DCS)を有する、方法であって、
前記方法が、
前記DCSとの間に通信リンクを確立し、前記センサからデータを受信するステップと、
前記受信したデータを、設定されている基準と比較し、前記運転制御装置内における調節が望ましいかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記DCSと通信し、前記制御装置によって制御される前記タービンの運転パラメータの、定義された増分調節を実行するステップと、
前記DCSを通して、前記センサから前記タービンの運転に関する更なるデータを受信し、前記調節が、タービンの運転を、設定されている基準に適合させているかどうか、又は、更なる増分調節が望ましいかどうか、を判定するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ブールの階層的理論を使用して、ガスタービンの運転をチューニングするシステムの、前記運転優先順位に基づいた上位チューニング基準に基づいた判定をする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ガスタービンの燃料ガス入口温度の自動制御を、分散型制御システム(DCS)内における燃料ガス温度制御の設定点の自動修正によって行う、方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ガスタービンの燃料ガス入口温度の自動制御を、燃料ガス温度コントローラ内における燃料ガス温度制御の設定点の自動修正によって行う、方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記センサ及び前記制御装置と通信するコントローラにタービン制御信号を転送する方法であって、外部制御装置を備える既存のガスタービン通信ネットワーク(例えば、プラントの分散型制御システム(DCS)との通信のために前記コントローラ上に存在するMODBUS(登録商標)シリアル又はイーサネット(登録商標)通信プロトコルポート)を利用して、タービン制御信号を転送する方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、ガスタービンの運転をチューニングするシステムの自動チューニング要件と設定とを変更する方法であって、ユーザーの所望の最適化基準を選択するブール理論トグルスイッチを利用するユーザーインターフェイスディスプレイを介して変更する、方法。
- 前記最適化基準の中の1つが、最適燃焼エネルギーであり、これにより、前記スイッチの切り替えが、前記燃焼器動特性の制御設定を変化させる、請求項21に記載の方法。
