Description
水を加圧して送出する高圧ポンプの吸引口に、水道配管を逆止弁を介して上流に繋げる給水管路を接続し、逆止弁を組み込んだ基幹管路の入側を高圧ポンプの吐出口に接続し、
撒布系統の送水管路の上流端を基幹管路の出側に接続し、撒布系統のバイパス管路の他端を戻り管路を介して給水管路に接続し、戻り管路に送水管路からの戻り水の圧力を吸収し得るアキュムレータとしての膨張タンクを連通させ、
当初始動時に、高圧ポンプの運転により送水管路に加圧水を行き渡らせ、送水管路と同圧力に前記与圧タンクの内部を加圧した後に第1のバルブを閉止し前記加圧水を前記与圧タンク内に封じ込めて噴霧に臨むようにしている。

Claims (6)
- スプリングの押圧力で圧力が1MPaを上回ると噴霧孔へ送出水を送り出す感圧逆止機能を有する噴霧ノズルを取り付けた送水管路と、当該送水管路の通水方向上流端と噴霧ノズル取付個所との間に自動制御可能な第1のバルブを介して分岐管に接続した与圧タンクと、第2のバルブが組み込んであり且つ一端を送水管路の通水方向上流端に接続したバイパス管路とを要素とする撒布系統を形成し、
水を加圧して送出する高圧ポンプの吸引口に、水道配管を逆止弁を介して上流に繋げる給水管路を接続し、逆止弁を組み込んだ基幹管路の入側を高圧ポンプの吐出口に接続し、
撒布系統の送水管路の上流端を基幹管路の出側に接続し、撒布系統のバイパス管路の他端を戻り管路を介して給水管路に接続し、戻り管路に送水管路からの戻り水の圧力を吸収し得るアキュムレータとしての膨張タンクを連通させ、
当初始動時に、高圧ポンプの運転により送水管路に加圧水を行き渡らせ、送水管路と同圧力に前記与圧タンクの内部を加圧した後に第1のバルブを閉止し前記加圧水を前記与圧タンク内に封じ込めて噴霧に臨むことを特徴とする高圧水噴霧設備。 - 複数の撒布系統を有し、基幹管路の出側と各撒布系統を形成している送水管路の送水方向上流端との間に第3のバルブを介在させた請求項1に記載の高圧水噴霧設備。
- 逆止弁の出側と戻り管路との間に圧力調整弁を介在させた請求項2に記載の高圧水噴射設備。
- 戻り管路に複数の膨張タンクを間隔を置いて連通させた請求項2あるいは請求項3のいずれかに記載の高圧水噴霧設備。
- 設備の当初始動時に、第2のバルブを閉止し且つ第1のバルブを開放した状態で、高圧ポンプを起動させて送出水を送水管路に行き渡らせ、噴霧ノズルから定格状態のミスト撒布を行い、送水管路、並びに与圧タンクの内部を加圧し、次に、第1のバルブを閉止し、高圧ポンプを停止させると同時に第2のバルブを開放して、送水管路内の水の一部を膨張タンク内へ逃がして噴霧ノズルの逆止機構を作動させ、設備の実運用に際しては、第2のバルブを閉止した後、高圧ポンプを起動させるのと同時に第1のバルブを開放して、噴霧ノズルからミスト撒布を行い、更に、第1のバルブを閉止し、高圧ポンプを停止させるのと同時に第2のバルブを開放して、送水管路内の水の一部を膨張タンク内へ逃がして噴霧ノズルの逆止機構を作動させる請求項1に記載の高圧水噴霧設備の使用方法。
- 設備の当初始動時に、全ての撒布系統の第2のバルブを閉止し且つ第1、第3のバルブを開放した状態で、高圧ポンプを起動させて送出水を送水管路に行き渡らせ、噴霧ノズルから定格状態のミスト撒布を行い、全ての撒布系統の送水管路、並びに与圧タンクの内部を加圧し、次に、全ての撒布系統の第1、第3のバルブを閉止し、高圧ポンプを停止させると同時に全ての撒布系統の第2のバルブを開放して、送水管路内の水の一部を膨張タンク内へ逃がして噴霧ノズルの逆止機構を作動させ、設備の実運用に際しては、高圧ポンプを継続運転し、ミスト撒布を行う撒布系統の第2のバルブを閉止した後、第1、第3のバルブを開放して、噴霧ノズルからミスト撒布を行い、更に、ミスト撒布を終えるべき撒布系統の第1、第3のバルブを閉止し、第2のバルブを開放して、送水管路内の水の一部を膨張タンク内へ逃がして噴霧ノズルの逆止機構を作動させる請求項3に記載の高圧水噴霧設備の使用方法。
