Claims (2)
- 緩衝器内の一方室と他方室との間に設けたバルブディスクに設けられ、当該バルブディスクの一端側から他端側へ貫通する三個以上の貫通孔と、バルブディスクの一端に形成される一端側溝と、バルブディスクの他端に形成される他端側溝とを備えて貫通孔を一端側溝と他端側溝で接続して形成される通路と、バルブディスクの一端側に積層されて一端側溝を閉塞するとともに通路の一端側の終端となる一端側溝に連通されない貫通孔のみを常時開放する一端側閉塞部材と、バルブディスクの他端側に積層されて他端側溝を閉塞するとともに通路の他端側の終端となる他端側溝に連通されない貫通孔のみを常時開放する他端側閉塞部材とを備えた減衰バルブにおいて、貫通孔は、奇数個設けられ、一端側溝が貫通孔の個数をNとしたときにバルブディスクの一端に(N−1)/2個設けられるとともに、他端側溝がバルブディスクの他端に(N−1)/2個設けられ、通路が貫通孔を一端側溝と他端側溝で数珠繋ぎに接続して形成され、一端側閉塞部材と他端側閉塞部材の一方または両方は、自身の撓みが許容されて対応する一端側溝或いは他端側溝を開閉可能とされ、更にバルブディスクの一端と他端の一方または両方に環状溝を設け、当該環状溝に通路の終端を連通させるとともに、上記環状溝に通路の終端を開放している一端側閉塞部材と他端側閉塞部材の一方または両方を対向させるとともに、一端側閉塞部材と他端側閉塞部材の一方または両方に環状溝に通じる透孔を設けたことを特徴とする減衰バルブ。
- 緩衝器の伸長行程の際に通路の下流側の終端となる貫通孔が緩衝器の圧縮行程の際に通路の下流側の終端となる貫通孔よりバルブディスクの外周側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰バルブ。
