Description
Claims (11)
- 表面の形状を測定する装置であって、
(a)ビームと、
(b)前記ビームに装着される少なくとも1つのビームサポートと、
(c)前記ビームに摺動可能に接続され、かつ前記表面までの距離を測定するように構成されるセンサアセンブリと、
(d)前記ビームに沿った前記センサアセンブリの横方向位置を測定するように構成される変換器アセンブリとを備え、
前記変換器アセンブリは、前記変換器アセンブリから延びるバネ荷重ケーブルの長さについての情報を生成するように構成され、
前記センサアセンブリの前記位置が前記情報により求められるようにすべく、前記バネ荷重ケーブルがその一方の端部において前記センサアセンブリに固定されるとともに前記変換器アセンブリによって張力をかけられる、装置。 - 前記センサアセンブリは、レーザ三角測量センサを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- レベリング装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビームに沿って前記センサアセンブリを移動させるモータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサアセンブリを前記ビーム上に手動で位置決めするためのキャリッジつまみをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサアセンブリおよび前記変換器アセンブリに接続されるデータ収集装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビームサポートの長さは調整可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面は床である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 表面の形状を測定する方法であって、
(a)ビームに沿った第1位置にセンサアセンブリを位置決めするステップと、
(b)前記センサアセンブリから前記表面までの距離を前記第1位置で測定するステップと、
(c)前記ビーム上の前記センサアセンブリの横方向位置を前記第1位置で測定するステップと、
(d)ビームに沿った第2位置に前記センサアセンブリを位置決めするステップと、
(e)前記センサアセンブリから前記表面までの距離を前記第2位置で測定するステップと、
(f)前記ビーム上の前記センサアセンブリの横方向位置を前記第2位置で測定するステップとを含み、
前記ステップ(c)および(f)は変換器アセンブリを用いて実行され、
前記変換器アセンブリは、前記変換器アセンブリから延びるバネ荷重ケーブルの長さについての情報を生成するように構成され、
前記センサアセンブリの前記位置が前記情報により求められるようにすべく、前記バネ荷重ケーブルがその一方の端部において前記センサアセンブリに固定されるとともに前記変換器アセンブリによって張力をかけられる、方法。 - (g)測定情報をデータ収集装置に送信するステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- (h)前記表面の二次元プロファイルを作製するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
