Description
必要な電荷(Q1)=1700mA×0.6ms=0.00102(C)=1mC (2)
カソード活性材料として、リチウムコバルト酸化物(LiCoO2)をアルミニウムホイルに塗布し、アノード活性材料として、グラファイトを銅ホイルに塗布し、複数の二重電池(カソード/セパレータ/アノード/セパレータ/カソード積重構造を有するカソード二重電池及びアノード/セパレータ/カソード/セパレータ/アノード積重構造を有するアノード二重電池)を製造した。また、グラファイトを各銅ホイルの一方の主要表面に塗布し、キャパシタ型単位電池を製造した。
リチウム二次バッテリーは、電極アセンブリーが、二重電池を使用し、キャパシタ型単位電池を包含せずに製造した以外は、例1と同じ方法で製造した。
例1及び比較例1により製造した各バッテリーの容量を確認するために、これらのバッテリーを、バッテリーの電流が50 mAに達するまで充電し、バッテリーの電圧が3 Vに達するまで、GSMパルスモードで、一定電流(CC)850 mA、一定電圧(CV)4.2 Vの条件で、放電させ
、バッテリーの容量を測定した。測定結果を、図4及び5に示す。
Claims (7)
- 二次バッテリーであって、
リチウム電解質と、充電及び放電可能なものである、複数の二次バッテリー型電極群及びキャパシタ型電極群を包含する電極アセンブリーとを備えてなり、
前記二次バッテリー型電極群のそれぞれが、二次バッテリー型カソード及び二次バッテリー型アノードの間にセパレータが配置された状態で、二次バッテリー型の電極活性材料を電極プレートの両表面にそれぞれ塗布した構造に構築した、前記二次バッテリー型カソードと前記二次バッテリー型アノードを互いに対向する構造に構築してなり、及び
前記キャパシタ型電極群のそれぞれが、キャパシタ型カソード及びキャパシタ型アノードの間にセパレータが配置された状態で、二次バッテリー型カソード及び二次バッテリー型アノードに対向してなる金属シートの表面を除いて、(i)グラファイト又は(ii)グラファイトおよび活性炭を前記金属シートの両表面に塗布した構造に構築した、前記キャパシタ型カソードと前記キャパシタ型アノードを互いに対向する構造に構築してなり、
前記電極アセンブリーが、前記複数の電極群が積重されてなる構造に構築されてなり、
前記キャパシタ型電極群及び前記二次バッテリー型電極群の間にセパレータが配置された状態で、前記二次バッテリー型電極群の積重構造の最も上側にある複数の電極群及び最も下側にある複数の電極群がキャパシタ型電極群であり、
前記二次バッテリーが、パルス充電及び放電モードで充電及び放電されてなる、二次バッテリー。 - 前記電極アセンブリーが、積重/折り曲げ型構造に構築されてなり、
前記複数の電極群を順次巻き付けてなり、前記複数の電極群が長い分離フィルム上に配置され、前記複数の電極群が積重されてなり、
前記積重構造の最も上側にある複数の電極群及び最も下側にある複数の電極群がキャパシタ型電極群である、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。 - 前記積重/折り曲げ型構造に構築された前記電極アセンブリーが、前記電極群として全電池または二重電池型単位電池を備えてなる、請求項2に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記単位電池の少なくとも一個がキャパシタ型単位電池である、請求項3に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記キャパシタ型単位電池が、キャパシタ型カソードと、炭素系材料を金属シートに塗布したキャパシタ型アノードとの間にセパレータが配置されてなる構造に構築されてなる、請求項4に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記キャパシタ型単位電池を除いた、残りの前記二次バッテリー用単位電池が、
カソード活性材料として遷移金属酸化物と、及び
アノード活性材料として炭素系材料とを備えてなる、請求項3に記載の二次バッテリー。 - 前記バッテリーがリチウムイオン重合体バッテリーである、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
