Claims (4)
- モータ主軸を回転駆動する車両用電動モータであって、
軸方向に伸びる冷媒通路が形成された筒体部と当該筒体部の一端部に設けられる端板部とを備えたハウジング本体と、
円筒形のヨークと当該ヨークから径方向内方に突出しコイルが直巻きに巻き付けられる複数のティースとが設けられた鉄心を備え、前記モータ主軸に設けられるロータを囲むように前記筒体部内に組み込まれるステータとを有し、
前記筒体部に軸方向に伸びて前記冷媒通路を複数の部分に並列に仕切るとともに、前記ティースに対応させて前記筒体部に設けられて前記ステータの振動を抑制する複数の仕切り壁とを有することを特徴とする車両用電動モータ。 - 請求項1記載の車両用電動モータにおいて、前記仕切り壁の円周方向中心を当該仕切り壁に対応した前記ティースの円周方向中心に一致させることを特徴とする車両用電動モータ。
- 請求項1または2記載の車両用電動モータにおいて、それぞれ前記コイルが直巻きに巻き付けられる前記ティースとこれと一体に設けられ円弧状のヨーク片とを有する複数のステータセグメントを、前記コイルが巻き付けられた後に前記ヨーク片の両端面で接合することにより円筒形状の前記ステータを形成することを特徴とする車両用電動モータ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用電動モータにおいて、前記仕切り壁を少なくとも3つ設けることを特徴とする車両用電動モータ。
