Description
Claims (7)
- エアバッグシステムであって、
膨張可能なクッションと、
モジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングと連結し、前記膨張可能なクッションを膨張させるように位置決めされた第1のインフレーターであって、該第1のインフレーターに形成された少なくとも1つのガス排出口を有する第1のインフレーターと、
前記モジュールハウジングと連結し、前記膨張可能なクッションを膨張させるように位置決めされた第2のインフレーターであって、該第2のインフレーターに形成された少なくとも1つのガス排出口を有する第2のインフレーターと、
前記膨張可能なクッションに接続した紐と、
前記モジュールハウジングに連結した捕捉構成体と、
前記モジュールハウジングと連結した紐捕捉部材であって、該紐捕捉部材は、一端でピンと連結した帯からなり、前記紐捕捉部材は、第1形態と第2形態を有するようにされており、そして、前記第1形態において、前記紐捕捉部材は前記紐を保持し、前記第2形態において、前記紐が前記紐捕捉部材から解放され、そして、前記捕捉構成体が前記紐捕捉部材を解放可能に保持するようにされており、さらに、前記第2のインフレーターの展開時の排出ガスの流れの力が、前記紐捕捉部材を前記ガス排出口から離れて前記第2形態となるように押し出すようにするために、前記紐捕捉部材が、前記第1形態において前記第2のインフレーターの前記ガス排出口に隣接して位置決めされていることを特徴とするエアバッグシステム。 - さらに、前記紐捕捉部材が柔軟であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグシステム。
- さらに、前記紐捕捉部材が前記第2のインフレーターの周りに少なくとも部分的に覆うように位置決めされるようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグシステム。
- さらに、前記ピンが前記帯の一端で一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグシステム。
- 前記エアバッグシステムにおいて、前記捕捉構成体は前記モジュールハウジングと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグシステム。
- 前記エアバッグシステムにおいて、前記紐捕捉部材が、前記帯と結合した前記ピンを含み、前記ピンは捕捉構成体の中に嵌まり込むようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のエアバッグシステムにおいて、前記紐捕捉部材は、第1形態と第2形態を有するようにされており、前記第1形態において、前記紐捕捉部材は前記紐を保持し、前記第2形態において、前記紐が前記紐捕捉部材から解放され、そして、前記ピンは前記第1形態において前記捕捉構成体の中に嵌まり込み、前記第2形態において前記ピンは前記捕捉構成体から取り去られることを特徴とするエアバッグシステム。
