Description
で表わされるオキセタン官能基を含有するオキセタン化合物、(B)ヘテロポリ酸を必須成分として含有する熱硬化性樹脂組成物であり、この熱硬化性樹脂組成物中に存在する熱硬化性樹脂が、オキセタン官能基を含有するオキセタン化合物のみからなることを特徴とする熱硬化性樹脂組成物に関する。また、本発明はこの熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化方法及びこれから得られる硬化物に関する。
・OXBP:4,4’-ビス[(3-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシメチル]ビフェニル:宇部興産株式会社製
・SiW:ケイタングステン酸:日本無機化学工業株式会社製
・PW:リンタングステン酸:日本無機化学工業株式会社製
・SiMo:ケイモリブデン酸:日本無機化学工業株式会社製
・AltPO:アルミニウムトリイソプロポキシド(川研ファインケミカル株式会社製)
・TPSi:トリフェニルシラノール(東京化成工業株式会社製、試薬)
(C2)成分:カチオン重合開始剤
・SI110L:PF6 -系スルホニウム塩(三新化学工業株式会社製、サンエイドSI110L)
・SI100L:SbF6 -系スルホニウム塩(三新化学工業株式会社製、サンエイドSI100L)
TPPBr:テトラフェニルホスフィンブロマイド
(溶剤)
PrC:プロピレンカーボネート
表1に記載された成分を加え室温にて撹拌混合し、熱硬化性組成物を製造した。重合触媒としては、上記先行文献に記載された触媒を使用した。比較例1で使用した触媒はオルガノシラン及びアルミニウムキレート触媒、比較例2、3で使用した触媒はスルホニウム塩触媒、比較例4で使用した触媒は第4オニウム塩触媒である。得られた組成物の100℃におけるゲル化時間を測定した。
結果を表1に示した。表中、>300は、300秒ではゲル化しなかったことを意味する。
Claims (4)
- ヘテロポリ酸が、リンタングステン酸、リンモリブデン酸、ケイタングステン酸、ケイモリブデン酸又はこれらの混合物である請求項1記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1又は2記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物を、溶液状態又は溶融状態で、50〜300℃に加熱して熱硬化させることを特徴とする硬化樹脂の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物を、熱硬化させて得られる硬化樹脂。
