Description
まず、2枚の石英ガラス板を上述の実施形態1及び実施形態2の接合剤で貼り合わせ、接合剤層の膜厚を10μm程度に調整した後、25℃、50%の湿度下で静置して接合剤を硬化させ、2種の評価サンプルを作製した。
図2は、本発明の一実施例に係る内視鏡の挿入部先端を示す断面図である。図2に示す内視鏡の挿入部先端において、先端部本体には、複数のレンズを備える観察用対物光学系1が内蔵され、そこにはレンズ2及びレンズ3を上述した実施形態1の接合剤(シリコーン接着剤)4により貼り合わせた接合レンズが含まれている。
図3に、蛍光観察用顕微鏡の対物レンズにおける代表接合レンズを示す。この第1レンズ11と第2レンズ12が上述の実施形態2のシリコーンオイル13で接合され、第1レンズ11および第2レンズ12が隣接するエッジ部外周に封止剤14が形成され、第1レンズ11と金属製の鏡枠15のクリアランスには、上述の実施形態1のシリコーン接着剤4が充填され、接着固定されている。
付記1.複数の光学素子を備える蛍光観察用光学装置において、低自家蛍光性物質を含むシリコーン系接合剤が前記複数の光学素子間に介在して両者を接合してなる蛍光観察用光学装置。
Claims (5)
- 複数のレンズを備え、低自家蛍光性物質を含むシリコーン系接合剤が前記複数のレンズ間に介在して両者を接合してなる蛍光観察用光学装置において、前記低自家蛍光性物質は、少なくとも2つのビニル基がケイ素原子に結合している主鎖骨格を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、熱重合禁止剤と、20ppm以下の白金族金属系触媒とを含み、低分子シロキサンの含有量が0.004%以下であり、遷移金属及び希土類系元素の不純物含有量が20ppm以下であり、多重結合基の含有量が10%以下であることを特徴とする蛍光観察用光学装置。
- 前記低自家蛍光性物質は、シランカップリング剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察用光学装置。
- 前記シリコーン系接合剤は、10重量%以下の樹脂成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蛍光観察用光学装置。
- 蛍光観察用内視鏡であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蛍光観察用光学装置。
- 蛍光観察用顕微鏡であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蛍光観察用光学装置。
