記
本発明の一参考態様は、超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、前記超音波振動子に基端部が接続され、前記超音波振動子で発生された超音波振動を基端側から先端側へと伝達して生体組織に付与可能な細長いプローブと、前記プローブの基端側に外装されているシースと、前記シースの先端部に設けられ、前記プローブに対して回動され、その前記プローブ側に配置された生体組織に接触され、前記プローブと協同して生体組織を把持可能な把持部と、前記把持部に接触された生体組織への処置形態を変化させる処置形態可変機構と、を具備することを特徴とするエネルギー処置具である。
Claims (6)
- 超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子に基端部が接続され、前記超音波振動子で発生された超音波振動を基端側から先端側へと伝達するプローブと、
前記プローブが挿通される第一のシースと、
前記第一のシースの先端部において前記プローブの先端部に対して回動可能に設けられ、前記プローブとの間で生体組織を把持可能な把持部と、
前記第一のシースを覆い、プローブの軸方向に移動可能な第二のシースと、
前記第二のシースの先端部に設けられた第一の電極と、
を備え、
前記第二のシースを移動させることにより、超音波振動を用いて処置を行う状態と高周波電流を用いて処置を行う状態とを切り替え可能であることを特徴とするエネルギー処置具。 - 前記把持部に設けられた生体組織に接触される第二の電極と、
前記第二の電極との間で高周波電流を通電可能な前記第一の電極を、前記第二の電極との間で生体組織を把持可能な把持位置と、把持不能な非把持位置との間で移動させる移動機構と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記第一の電極が非把持位置にある場合に前記第二の電極と前記第一の電極との間を自動的に通電不能にする遮断機構を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 前記第一の電極が把持位置にある場合に、前記プローブの超音波振動を禁止する禁止手段をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー処置具。 - 超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子に基端部が接続され、前記超音波振動子で発生された超音波振動を基端側から先端側へと伝達するプローブと、
前記プローブが挿通される第一のシースと、
前記第一のシースの先端部において前記プローブの先端部に対して回動可能に設けられ、前記プローブとの間で生体組織を把持可能な把持部と、
前記第一のシースを覆い、プローブの軸方向に移動可能な第二のシースと、
前記第二のシースの先端部に設けられた電極と、
前記第二のシースを移動させることにより、超音波振動を用いて処置を行う状態と、高周波電流を用いて処置を行う状態とを切り替える切り替え機構と、を備えるエネルギー処置具。 - 超音波振動を発生する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子に基端部が接続され、前記超音波振動子で発生された超音波振動を基端側から先端側へと伝達するプローブと、
前記プローブが挿通される第一のシースと、
前記第一のシースの先端部において前記プローブの先端部に対して回動可能に設けられ、前記プローブとの間で生体組織を把持可能な把持部と、
前記第一のシースを覆い、プローブの軸方向に移動可能な第二のシースと、
前記第二のシースの先端部に設けられ、前記第二のシースが前記プローブの先端方向に移動した場合に前記把持部との間で生体組織を把持可能な電極と、
を備えるエネルギー処置具。
