Claims (18)
- 液体の又は流動性のアルミニウム材料を注湯できる、金属製の鉄含有永久鋳型であって、永久鋳型の少なくとも一つの表面に、
−前記永久鋳型の基材と化学結合したフッ化鉄、
−80nm〜200nmの大きさのAl2O3および/又はSiO2および/又はTiO2および/又はZrO2の形態の構造成分、および
−前記構造成分の少なくとも一部の領域を取り囲む、重合したフッ化ジルコニウムからなるポリマー、

- 前記離型剤中の潤滑成分の割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中に、2nm〜80nmの大きさのAl2O3、SiO2、ZnO、ZrO2、CeO、TiO2および/又は雲母の形態のある割合の一次成分が存在することを特徴とする、請求項7〜12のいずれか一つに記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中の一次成分の割合が、1重量%〜3重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中のバインダの割合が5重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜14のいずれか一つに記載の離型剤。
- 前記離型剤中の前記構造成分の割合が10重量%又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする、請求項7〜15のいずれか一つに記載の離型剤。
- 請求項7〜16のいずれか一つに記載の離型剤で、永久鋳型の金属製の鉄含有表面上に層を形成する方法であって、
−前記表面にまず前記離型剤を塗布すること、および
−続いて、前記フッ化物と前記基材の鉄との化学結合および前記バインダの重合が起こるように、前記永久鋳型を少なくとも200℃の温度に加熱すること、
を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記層の損傷が、前記永久鋳型に前記離型剤を新たに塗布することによって修復されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
