Description
2F-+CaCl2→CaF2+2Cl-
の反応が起こり、フッ化カルシウム(CaF2)を含む懸濁液が生成される(第1の処理ステップ)。この反応ではフッ化物イオンがカルシウムイオンと反応し、塩化物イオンが生成するだけなので、pHは変わらない。
Zr−OH+F-→Zr−F+OH-
の反応により、吸着塔20内に充填されたジルコニウム系吸着剤により、吸着除去される(第3の処理ステップ)。これにより、処理後の処理水のフッ素濃度を排水基準以下に処理することができる。

Claims (4)
- フッ素を含む被処理水に、フッ素と反応してフッ化物を生成する被反応物であって、塩化カルシウムを加えて懸濁液を生成する第1の処理ステップと、
この第1の処理ステップで得られた懸濁液を固液分離する第2の処理ステップと、
この第2の処理ステップで分離された透過液を希土類系又はジルコニウム系のフッ化物イオン吸着剤と接触させる第3の処理ステップとを含み、
前記第1の処理ステップで処理する被処理水は酸性水であることを特徴とするフッ素含有水の処理方法。 - 前記懸濁液を膜濾過する膜分離槽と、前記フッ化物イオン吸着剤が充填された吸着塔と、前記懸濁液から分離された濃縮液を脱水する脱水装置とを備え、
前記フッ化物イオン吸着剤を、ポリマーにジルコニウムを担持させて成るジルコニウム系吸着剤とし、前記吸着塔に前記透過液を下向流で通水することを特徴とする請求項1のフッ素含有水の処理方法を実施するための処理装置。 - 前記吸着塔に空気抜き手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の処理装置。
- 前記吸着塔から排出される透過液のpHを検出する手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の処理装置。
