Description
Claims (10)
- 車両への電気機器の搭載構造であって、
前記電気機器自体を収納する少なくとも六面を有する筐体と、
前記筐体の底面を前記車両のフロアパネル上に保持するための保持手段とを含み、
前記電気機器自体は略直方体の形状を有し、
前記筐体は、車両の前後方向の後部側において、前記筐体の上面側が底面側よりも車両後方に伸びた形状を有し、車両の前後方向の前部側において、前記筐体の底面側が上面側よりも車両前方に伸びた形状を有し、
前記筐体の車両側方から見た断面は、底辺を水平とした略平行四辺形であり、
前記筐体の底面と前記電気機器自体の底面とが平行でないように、前記電気機器は前記筐体に収納され、
前記筐体の底面と前記電気機器自体の底面とが平行でないことによって、前記略平行四辺形の上辺および下辺と前記電気機器自体との間に、前記電気機器の冷却空気が流れる空隙が形成され、前記略平行四辺形の一対の側辺と前記電気機器自体との間に、前記電気機器を冷却するためのダクトが設けられる空隙が形成され、
前記電気機器は電流の入出力を行なうための端子を有し、前記端子が前記ダクトに当接する、電気機器の搭載構造。 - 前記ダクトは樹脂製である、請求項1に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記車両側方から見て、
前記筐体の上面の一方端側で前記電気機器自体の上面の端部が接し、
前記筐体の下面の前記一方端側とは異なる他方端側で前記電気機器自体の下面の端部が接するように、前記電気機器は前記筐体に収納される、請求項1に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。 - 前記電気機器自体の車両側方から見た断面は略長方形であって、前記略平行四辺形の底辺と前記長方形の底辺とが平行でないように、前記電気機器は前記筐体に収納される、請求項1に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記略平行四辺形と前記略長方形との空隙には、前記電気機器を冷却するためのダクトが設けられる、請求項4に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記ダクトは樹脂製である、請求項5に記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記車両側方から見て、
前記略平行四辺形の上辺の一方端側で前記略長方形の上辺の端部が接し、
前記略平行四辺形の下辺の前記一方端側とは異なる他方端側で前記略長方形の下辺の端部が接するように、前記電気機器は前記筐体に収納される、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。 - 前記電気機器は、二次電池、キャパシタおよび燃料電池のいずれかである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
- 前記電気機器は、ラゲージルームに搭載される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気機器の搭載構造。
