Description
この潤滑被膜を形成した後、部品を油漬処理して前記空隙に毛管現象で油をしみ込ませることを特徴とする摺動部品の製造方法を提供する。
4wt%Ni−1.5wt%Cu−0.5wt%Mo−0.6wt%C−0.6wt%固体潤滑剤−残Feの混合原料を成形して焼結し、テスト用の摺動部品を作った。次に、この摺動部品にアクリル樹脂を含浸させて焼結空孔の封孔処理を行い、その後、この部品の表面に化成処理被膜として厚さ約5μmのリン酸マンガンの被膜を形成し、さらに、そのリン酸マンガンの被膜上に潤滑被膜を形成した。

Claims (2)
- 鉄系焼結合金で形成された部品を焼結後に封孔処理し、しかる後、この部品の表面に化成処理被膜と厚みが20μm未満の潤滑被膜を順に積層して設け、前記潤滑被膜は、固体潤滑剤と防錆剤とバインダとを含有する、油に対して化学的に安定した材料で形成され、外部に通じる微細な空隙が形成されており、その潤滑被膜の空隙を0.05μm〜2μmとし、
この潤滑被膜を形成した後、部品を油漬処理して前記空隙に毛管現象で油をしみ込ませることを特徴とする摺動部品の製造方法。 - 表面に化成処理被膜とその化成処理被膜上に形成された潤滑被膜とを有し、前記潤滑被
