Description
この図に示すように、SPM構造のモータのロータ部は、非磁性体をコーティングした電磁鋼板を打ち抜き、積層して形成されたロータコア15と、このロータコア15の外周に配置された筒状マグネット(リング磁石)16とを主体として構成されており、これらの周囲には、表面に露出したマグネット16を保護するためのステンレス鋼等の非磁性体からなる保護環17が嵌め入れられている。なお、ロータ部の構成として、前記筒状のマグネット16に代わり、ロータコア15の外周面に等分して設けた軸方向に、複数の棒状マグネットを配置した構造(セグメント方式)のものもある。
前記ロータを構成する永久磁石が、前記ロータコアの内部に埋め込まれるとともに、該ロータコアの外径面とこれに対向する前記ステータコアの内径面との間に軸受すきまを設け、前記回転軸の回転をこのステータコアで支持し、
前記ステータコアが、円筒状の内周面を有する環状コアとこの環状コアの外周面から径方向に突出するティース部とを備える環状ステータコアであることを特徴とするものである。
本実施形態における電動ポンプユニットも、自動車のトランスミッション用油圧ポンプとして用いられるものであり、ハウジング1aの内部には、電動モータ室(モータ部2)とポンプ室(ポンプ部3)とが隣接して形成されている。また、このハウジング内には、モータ部2によって回転駆動される駆動軸であると同時にポンプ部3の回転軸ともなる主軸4が配置されている。

Claims (2)
- ハウジング内を分画する内壁に設けた孔を挿通して配設された回転軸の一端側に、流体を吸引・吐出するポンプ部が形成されているとともに、前記回転軸の他端側に、この回転軸の外周に固定されたロータコアと永久磁石とからなるロータと、このロータの周囲に配置されたティース部を有するステータコアとコイルとからなるステータと、を備えるモータ部が形成されてなる電動ポンプユニットにおいて、
前記ロータを構成する永久磁石が、前記ロータコアの内部に埋め込まれるとともに、該ロータコアの外径面とこれに対向する前記ステータコアの内径面との間に軸受すきまを設け、前記回転軸の回転をこのステータコアで支持し、
前記ステータコアが、円筒状の内周面を有する環状コアとこの環状コアの外周面から径方向に突出するティース部とを備える環状ステータコアであることを特徴とする電動ポンプユニット。 - 前記ロータコアの外径面とこれに対向する前記ステータコアの内径面の少なくとも一方に、非磁性体からなる固体潤滑被膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプユニット。
