Description
−チェーンコンベヤ又は他の連続コンベヤ装置の上に少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を置くステップ、
−第1熱調整段階へと前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材をコンベヤで運び、それ/それらを第1加熱又は冷却熱交換にかける、つまり前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を同じ時間だけ前記第1熱調整段階の外側に置くことで、非常に多くの熱交換を生み出すステップ、
−前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を前記熱調整段階から取り出して、前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材の内部の温度を予め決められた度合いに均一になるよう再分配するために、予め決められた時間だけ前記段階の外側に前記一つのプラスチック部材を保持するステップ、
−前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を少なくとも一つの第2の熱交換にかける、つまり前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を同じ時間だけ前記第1熱調整段階の外側に置くことよりも、非常に多くの熱交換を生み出すステップ、
である。
−熱調整される少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を適切に移送するためのチェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置、
−第1及び第2熱調整段階であり、各々の段階は前記チェーンの長手と交差しており、前記チェーン上の移送される前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を加熱及び/又は冷却することで適切に熱調整がなされる段階、
から成る。
−熱調整される少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を適切に移送するためのチェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置、
−前記チェーンの長手と交差しており、前記チェーン上に移送される前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を加熱及び/又は冷却することで適切に熱調整がなされる、少なくとも一つの第1熱調整段階、
から成る。
−炉の内側から機械加工されており、加熱される予備成形品Pがそれらを移送するチェーンコンベヤ2の上に送り込まれる、一つ以上のトンネル又はダクト6、7に沿っている、チェーンコンベヤ2(図3には示されていない)の、後に更に詳細に説明するが、二つの螺旋の両側に、必ずしも必要という訳ではないが好ましくは配置されている多くの赤外線ランプL、
−ファンVによって生じた空気の流れを通す穴が好ましくは空けられており、特許文献4に詳細が説明されている、ランプLの背後に置かれてランプから照射された赤外線を反射する、一つ以上の反射スクリーンR、
−ランプL、反射装置R、及び加熱した空気が流れるダクトを囲む金属ケーシングM、
から成る。
−空気の吸い込み量、及びケーシングに取り付けられたファン10によって吸引された新鮮な空気が冷却される予備成形品Pまで運ばれる(図7を見よ)通り道であるダクトを規定する、金属ケーシング、

Claims (11)
- 吹き込み成形装置で使用する、金型成形されたプラスチック部材(P)のための調整装置であり、前記装置は:
−少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材(P)を移送するのに適している螺旋型の通路を形成する、チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)、
−前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材(P)が移送されることが出来、前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)の長手と交差し、前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材(P)を加熱及び/又は冷却することで熱調整をすることに適している、少なくとも一つのダクト(6、7)から成る、少なくとも一つの第1熱調整段階、
から成り、
そこでは前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(P)が、前記第1熱調整段階を通して前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を送り込み、前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材(P)の内部の温度を予め決められた度合いに均一になるように再分配するために予め決められた時間だけ前記第1加熱段階から前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を取り除き、そして前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を前記第1熱調整段階へ再び送り込む、通路に従っており、
前記少なくとも一つのダクト(6、7)は、並べて配置された、前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置の、少なくとも二つの区間と交差しており、そこで前記区間は前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)の異なる螺旋(SP1、SP2、SP3)にそれぞれ属している、ことを特徴とする前記金型成形されたプラスチック部材(P)のための調整装置。 - 前記プラスチック部材(P)が少なくとも一つの前記ダクト(6、7)の中を並んで通過するとき、各々が前記チェーンの異なる螺旋(SP1、SP2,SP3)に属している前記チェーンの少なくとも二つの区間に配列されている多くの前記プラスチック部材を、放射線によって加熱するのに適している少なくとも一つの加熱要素から成る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)は、前記第1及び第2熱調整段階の中へと、熱調整される少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材(P)を送り込むのに適している、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記螺旋(SP1、SP2,SP3)は、基本的に他の螺旋の内側にもう一つの螺旋が配置されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)は閉じた通路を形成する、請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 前記チェーン又は他の連続コンベヤ装置(2)は、三次元的に曲げることを可能とするように結合され、基本的に一つの平面上にない通路を形成する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材は、複数の予備成形品(P)を表しており、前記少なくとも二つのチェーン区間には複数の予備成形品(P)を収納するのに適した、複数の締め具が取り付けられており、及び前記予備成形品が基本的に五つ目型の配列で配置されるように、前記少なくとも二つの区間は前記少なくとも一つのダクトを並んで通過する、請求項1から6の一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2熱調整段階は、前記予備成形品(P)を加熱するのに適している一つ以上の加熱炉(1)で行われる、請求項1から7の一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2熱処理段階の両方が、前記第1及び第2調整段階の外部環境に前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を配置することから生じるであろう以上に、前記少なくとも一つのプラスチック部材を冷却するのに適している冷却ステーションで行われる、請求項1から8の一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2加熱段階の両方が前記炉で行われる加熱炉から成る、請求項1から9の一つに記載の装置。
- 冷却ユニットから成っており、前記第1及び第2熱調整段階の両方は前記冷却ユニットで行われる、請求項1から10の一つに記載の装置。
