Claims (7)
- ガラス様の材料とモリブデンとの間に少なくとも1つの気密融着プレスシールを持ち、前記融着プレスシール中の前記モリブデンが、少なくとも部分的に酸化環境にさらされ、前記モリブデンの少なくとも前記酸化環境にさらされる部分が、被覆で覆われる高圧ガス放電ランプであって、前記被覆が、少なくとも、Fe2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2、HfO2の中からの1つの酸化物、及び/又はTiN、ZrN、HfN、AlN、BNの中からの1つの窒化物、及び/又はTiC、ZrC、HfC、VC、NbC、TaC、B4Cの中からの1つの炭化物を有し、前記被覆が、少なくとも2つの層でできており、前記被覆の、前記モリブデンに直接的に付着される第1層が、窒化物及び/又は炭化物から成り、前記被覆の、外側の第2層が、1つの酸化物又は複数の酸化物から成ることを特徴とする高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆が5nmから20μmまでの膜厚を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記第2層が、Al2O3から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記第1層が、AlNから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 前記被覆が構成される材料に応じて、前記融着プレスシールの大きさの縮小が得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 投影用途の使用のための請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプ。
- 少なくとも1つの、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の高圧ガス放電ランプを有する照明装置及び/又は投影装置。
