Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100は、エンジン2と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、動力分割機構4と、車輪6とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両100は、蓄電装置Bと、インバータ10,20と、電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit:以下「ECU」と称する。)30と、平滑コンデンサC1と、正極線PLと、負極線NLとをさらに備える。さらに、ハイブリッド車両100は、電力線ACL1,ACL2と、平滑コンデンサC2と、ACポート60と、プラグ70とをさらに備える。
図8に示したように、実施の形態1では、車両と負荷90との間で電力の授受が行なわれるとき、授受される電力に同期して、通電状態とするインバータが交互に切替えられる。すなわち、時刻t1〜t2,t3〜t4においては、インバータ10がPWM制御されるとともにインバータ20が通電状態(下アームオン)とされ、時刻t2〜t3,t4以降においては、インバータ20がPWM制御されるとともにインバータ10が通電状態(下アームオン)とされる。
図10は、実施の形態2における各インバータ10,20のスイッチング状態およびコモンモード電圧Vcomの変動を示した波形図である。なお、この図10は、実施の形態1において説明した図8に対応するものである。また、この図10でも、負荷90から蓄電装置Bの充電が行なわれるときの波形図が示されているが、負荷90への給電時も同様の波形図が得られる。
実施の形態3では、車両と負荷90との間で電力の授受が行なわれるとき、インバータ10,20のいずれか一方をPWM制御し、他方のインバータをシャットダウン(全アームオフ)する。
図11は、実施の形態3における各インバータ10,20のスイッチング状態およびコモンモード電圧Vcomの変動を示した波形図である。なお、この図11は、実施の形態1において説明した図8に対応するものである。また、この図11でも、負荷90から蓄電装置Bの充電が行なわれるときの波形図が示されているが、負荷90への給電時も同様の波形図が得られる。
図12は、実施の形態4による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図12を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100Aは、図1に示した実施の形態1によるハイブリッド車両100の構成において、コモンモードチョークコイル40をさらに備える。
図13は、実施の形態5による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図13を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100Bは、図12に示した実施の形態4によるハイブリッド車両100Aの構成において、Yコンデンサ50をさらに備え、ECU30に代えてECU30Aを備える。
図14は、実施の形態6による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図14を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100Cは、図1に示した実施の形態1によるハイブリッド車両100の構成において、モータジェネレータMGRと、車輪8と、インバータ25とをさらに備え、電力線ACL1に代えて電力線ACL3を備える。
Claims (8)
- 車両に搭載された蓄電装置と車両外部の電気負荷または電源との間で電力を授受可能な電力制御装置であって、
星形結線された多相巻線を固定子巻線として各々が含む複数の交流回転電機と、
前記複数の交流回転電機に対応して設けられる複数のインバータと、
前記電気負荷または前記電源に接続可能なプラグと、
前記複数の交流回転電機のうち2つの交流回転電機の多相巻線の中性点と前記プラグとの間に配設される電力線対と、
前記2つの交流回転電機に対応するインバータのうち一方のインバータに対してはパルス幅変調法を用いることなく他方のインバータを前記パルス幅変調法を用いて制御することによって、前記蓄電装置と前記電気負荷または前記電源との間で電力を授受するように構成された制御ユニットとを備える、電力制御装置。 - 前記蓄電装置と前記電気負荷または前記電源との間で授受される電力は、前記他方のインバータのスイッチング周波数よりも低い周波数を有する交流電力であり、
前記制御ユニットは、前記一方のインバータにおける上アームおよび下アームの一方を前記交流電力の通電方向に応じてオンさせることによって、前記一方のインバータを通電状態に制御する、請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記2つの交流回転電機に対応する各インバータにおいて、前記パルス幅変調法を用いた制御と前記通電状態の制御とを前記交流電力の通電方向に応じて交互に切替える、請求項2に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記他方のインバータを前記パルス幅変調法を用いて制御し、前記一方のインバータの上アームおよび下アームを前記交流電力の通電方向に応じて交互にオンさせる、請求項2に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記電源から前記蓄電装置の充電が行なわれるとき、前記他方のインバータを前記パルス幅変調法を用いて制御し、前記一方のインバータを停止させる、請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記2つの交流回転電機の各々と車両アースとの間の浮遊容量は、その他の交流回転電機の各々と前記車両アースとの間の浮遊容量よりも大きい、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記電力線対と車両アースとの間に配設されるラインバイパスコンデンサと、
前記電源から前記蓄電装置の充電が行なわれるとき、前記ラインバイパスコンデンサを介して前記電力線対と前記車両アースとの間に形成される電路を遮断する遮断装置とをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電力制御装置。 - 前記複数の交流回転電機の少なくとも1つから駆動トルクを受ける車輪と、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電力制御装置とを備える車両。
