前記雄ねじ部材よりも有効径が大きく設定され、前記雄ねじ部材に軸心を偏心させた状態で螺合し、前記雄ねじ部材の回転により軸心方向に移動可能な雌ねじ部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材の軸心方向の移動によって発生する推力を対象物に伝達する伝達部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材を回転可能な状態で前記伝達部材に連結し、前記推力に対する前記対象物からの負荷が所定値以下のとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって阻止し、前記負荷が前記所定値よりも大きいとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって可能とする摩擦手段と、
を備え、
前記摩擦手段は、前記雌ねじ部材と前記伝達部材との間に封入され、所定の摩擦力を前記雌ねじ部材に付与する粘性材料からなることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 駆動源によって回転駆動される雄ねじ部材と、
前記雄ねじ部材よりも有効径が大きく設定され、前記雄ねじ部材に軸心を偏心させた状態で螺合し、前記雄ねじ部材の回転により軸心方向に移動可能な雌ねじ部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材の軸心方向の移動によって発生する推力を対象物に伝達する伝達部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材を回転可能な状態で前記伝達部材に連結し、前記推力に対する前記対象物からの負荷が所定値以下のとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって阻止し、前記負荷が前記所定値よりも大きいとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって可能とする摩擦手段と、
を備え、
前記摩擦手段は、前記雌ねじ部材と前記伝達部材との間に封入され、所定の摩擦力を前記雌ねじ部材に付与する粘性材料からなることを特徴とする負荷感応型推力伝達装置。 - 駆動源によって回転駆動される雄ねじ部材と、
前記雄ねじ部材よりも有効径が大きく設定され、前記雄ねじ部材に軸心を偏心させた状態で螺合し、前記雄ねじ部材の回転により軸心方向に移動可能な雌ねじ部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材の軸心方向の移動によって発生する推力を対象物に伝達する伝達部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材を回転可能な状態で前記伝達部材に連結し、前記推力に対する前記対象物からの負荷が所定値以下のとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって阻止し、前記負荷が前記所定値よりも大きいとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって可能とする摩擦手段と、
を備え、
前記摩擦手段は、前記伝達部材に連結され、前記雌ねじ部材の外周部に摺接し、所定の摩擦力を前記雌ねじ部材に付与する摩擦部材からなることを特徴とする負荷感応型推力伝達装置。 - 駆動源によって回転駆動される雄ねじ部材と、
前記雄ねじ部材よりも有効径が大きく設定され、前記雄ねじ部材に軸心を偏心させた状態で螺合し、前記雄ねじ部材の回転により軸心方向に移動可能な雌ねじ部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材の軸心方向の移動によって発生する推力を対象物に伝達する伝達部材と、
前記雌ねじ部材を回転可能な状態で前記伝達部材に連結し、前記推力に対する前記対象物からの負荷が所定値以下のとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって阻止し、前記負荷が前記所定値よりも大きいとき、前記雌ねじ部材の回転を双方向にわたって可能とする摩擦手段と、
を備え、
前記摩擦手段は、前記雌ねじ部材と前記伝達部材との間に封入され、所定の摩擦力を前記雌ねじ部材に付与する粘性材料と、前記伝達部材に連結され、前記雌ねじ部材の外周部に摺接し、所定の摩擦力を前記雌ねじ部材に付与する摩擦部材とからなることを特徴とする負荷感応型推力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記雌ねじ部材は、第1軸受け部材を介して前記伝達部材に回転可能に支持されることを特徴とする負荷感応型推力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記雄ねじ部材は、一端部側の外周全域が第2軸受け部材により回転自在に支持され、他端部側の外周の一部が、前記雄ねじ部材を前記雌ねじ部材に螺合させるべく、第3軸受け部材により回転自在に支持されることを特徴とする負荷感応型推力伝達装置。
