Claims (15)
- 穿刺ニードルを患者の体内の対象部位へと導くための穿刺ガイド(1)であって、所定の穿刺入点で患者の体に位置決めされるようになっているベースプレート(2)と、挿入中に前記穿刺ニードルを導くようになっているニードルガイド(3)と、前記ニードルガイド(3)を前記ベースプレート(2)に対して所定の位置に固定するためのリテイナ(4)とを備え、前記ニードルガイド(3)に取り付けられる第2のセグメント(8)と摺動可能に接触する第1のセグメント(7)が前記ベースプレート(2)に設けられている穿刺ガイド(1)において、
前記第1のセグメント(7)は、基本的に、前記ベースプレート(2)の裏面と同じ高さに中心を有する第1の半球の形状を成しており、前記中心は、前記所定の穿刺入点と一致する1つの点と一致し、前記第2のセグメント(8)は、基本的に、前記第1の半球の中心と一致する中心を有する第2の半球の形状を成しており、前記リテイナ(4)は、前記第2のセグメント(8)上に位置決めされるようになっているとともに、貫通した開口を有しており、前記リテイナが前記第2のセグメント上に位置決めされた時に、前記所定の穿刺入点と一致する前記1つの点を中心に前記ニードルガイド(3)が移動できるように前記第1のセグメント(7)と前記第2のセグメント(8)が協働することを特徴とする穿刺ガイド(1)。 - 前記ベースプレート(2)には中央リング状部材(5)が設けられ、前記リング状部材の中心には前記第1のセグメント(7)が設けられ、前記第2のセグメント(8)は前記ニードルガイド(3)のシャフト上に設けられ、前記第1のセグメント(7)は、該第1のセグメントの半球および前記ベースプレート(2)を貫通して延びる孔を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記リテイナ(4)が有する前記開口は、前記ニードルガイド(3)の主軸と直交する面内での前記第2のセグメント(8)の幅よりも小さいサイズまで下側に向かって該開口が狭くなっている上側部分と、前記ベースプレートの前記中央リング状部材(5)の対応する取付手段と合致して前記ニードルガイド(3)を前記ベースプレート(2)に対して固定する取付手段が設けられた下側リング状部分とを有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記リテイナ(4)の前記下側リング状部分の内面は、前記第2のセグメント(8)の形状に対応する形状を成していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記リテイナ(4)の前記下側リング状部分の内面の形状は面取りが施され、該面取りは、前記第2のセグメント(8)の形状に対応していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記リテイナ(4)の前記上側部分の外面は、ユーザのための把持部を形成するために広がっていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1つに記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記ベースプレート(2)には、患者の皮膚に添えられる複数の平脚部(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記平脚部の裏面には、患者の皮膚への付着に適した接着剤が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記リテイナ(4)の前記下側リング状部分の外面には、前記中央リング状部材(5)の内面の溝に嵌合する突起(9)が設けられ、これにより、前記ベースプレート(2)と前記ニードルガイド(3)との間でバヨネット結合することを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれか1つに記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記所定の穿刺入点と対向する前記ニードルガイド(3,18)の部分は、略管状を成す補強手段によって補強されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜9のいずれか1つに記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記補強手段は前記ニードルガイドと一体の部分であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記補強手段は、X線画像で視認可能な材料、例えば金属によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 前記補強手段は、磁気共鳴映像法に適合し得る材料、例えば非磁性ステンレス鋼によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の穿刺ガイド(1)。
- 穿刺ニードルを患者の体内の対象部位へと導くための穿刺ガイド(16)であって、所定の穿刺入点で患者の体に位置決めされるようになっているベースプレート(17)と、挿入中に前記穿刺ニードルを導くようになっているニードルガイド(18)と、前記ニードルガイド(18)を前記ベースプレート(17)に対して所定の位置に固定するためのリテイナ(19)とを備え、前記ニードルガイド(18)に取り付けられる第2のセグメント(21)と摺動可能に接触する第1のセグメント(20)が前記ベースプレート(17)に設けられている穿刺ガイド(16)において、
前記第1のセグメント(20)および前記第2のセグメント(21)は、90°離れた位置で前記ベースプレート(17)に回動可能に取り付けられたサイズの等しい2つの半円弓部の形状を成しており、各弓部にはスリットが設けられ、前記ニードルガイド(18)は、前記弓部の交差点で前記スリット内に配置されるようになっており、前記所定の穿刺入点と一致する1つの点を中心に前記ニードルガイド(18)が移動できるように前記第1のセグメント(20)と前記第2のセグメント(21)が協働することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺ガイド(16)。 - 前記リテイナ(19)の内面は、ネジ山が形成されるとともに、前記ニードルガイド(18)の外面の対応するネジと螺合しており、前記ニードルガイド(18)上で前記リテイナ(19)を締め付けることにより、前記ニードルガイドと前記リテイナとの間に前記第1および第2のセグメント(20,21)が位置した状態で前記ニードルガイド(18)が、ある位置に固定されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の穿刺ガイド(16)。
