Description
特許文献3には、スライディングスリーブがコントロールシリンダ内で軸方向に移動可能なように配置されるスライディング弁が記載されている。スライディングスリーブは、コントロールシリンダの圧力媒体入口に向いている端面に、止まり穴を保有し、その止まり穴から半径方向に延びる圧力媒体ダクトが放射状に広がる。これらは、スライディングスリーブの周囲のコントロール面に現れ、スライディングスリーブの位置に従って、圧力媒体入力と有効ライン又は戻り回路との間の接続を確立する。スライディングスリーブは、弾性的に変形可能な材料から成るので、スライディングスリーブのコントロール面は、コントロールシリンダの方向で半径方向に弾力的に撓む性質がある。これらは、したがって、嵌め合いの精度に高い費用を掛けずに、閉状態において、コントロール開口部を密閉することができる。この状況において、コントロール面が所定の予圧下でコントロールシリンダに当接するか、又は制御された媒体、気体又は液体の圧力によってコントロールシリンダに押し付けられると好都合である。接触圧力は増加する媒体圧力と共に上昇するので、スライディング弁は、媒体圧力が高くても確実なシールを形成する。
Claims (11)
- コントロールシリンダ内で軸方向に移動可能であり、その外周部の少なくとも1つのコントロール面で、前記コントロールシリンダ内の少なくとも1つのコントロール開口部を制御するスライディングスリーブ(12)を有し、前記コントロール面(23)は前記コントロールシリンダ(13)の方向で半径方向に弾力的に撓む性質を有し、前記コントロールシリンダ(13)と当接する、スライディング弁であって、
前記コントロール面(23)の領域において、少なくとも1つの縦方向溝(24)とばねタング(25)が形成され、前記スライディングスリーブ(12)が閉状態の場合、コントロール開口部(17、18)は前記スライディングスリーブ(12)により覆われることを特徴とするスライディング弁。 - 複数の縦方向溝(24)が提供され、それらの溝(24)の間に複数のばねタング(25)が形成され、それらのばねタング(25)に前記コントロール面(23)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記ばねタング(25)は前記コントロール面(23)の前記領域(26)において補強されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記コントロール面(23)は、制御された媒体の圧力によって前記コントロールシリンダ(13)に押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- カートリッジ式の構造で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記スライディングスリーブ(12)は、磁性材料から製造され、その上部(27)は同時に磁気回路のアーマチュアの働きをすることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記スライディングスリーブ(12)は、ねじれないように前記コントロールシリンダ(13)内で案内されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記コントロールシリンダ(13)は、前記スライディングスリーブ(12)の嵌め込み用円錐状領域(28)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 内燃機関用燃料噴射弁であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 前記コントロールシリンダ(13)内には、隣接するノズルボア(19、20)を有する少なくとも2つの軸方向にオフセットされたコントロール開口部(17、18)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスライディング弁。
- 少なくとも2つのノズルボア(19、20)はそれらの位置及び/又は形状に関し異なることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスライディング弁。
