Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのトラックと、回路基板(1)の上面に取付けられ、かつ少なくとも1つのトラックへ電気的に接続されるトランジスタ(2)と、を含む前記回路基板(1)を有する制御ユニットであって、
前記少なくとも1つのトラックが破断されるよう前記回路基板(1)に切欠けられた作動開口部(7)と、
前記作動開口部(7)を覆うよう配置され、初期状態では、前記少なくとも1つのトラックの作動開口部を介して対向する端部(23,24)を電気的に接続する中断部材(3)と、
前記回路基板(1)の下面に設けられた作動部材(4)及び可融部材(5)と、を備え、
前記作動部材(4)は、
前記回路基板(1)に対向する張力のもと、前記可融部材(5)と前記トランジスタ(2)との間の熱連結が確立されるよう前記作動部材(4)により前記トランジスタ(2)に対して押圧された前記可融部材(5)によって保持され、
前記中断部材(3)の下方から前記作動開口部(7)を介して前記中断部材に対して作用する作動ウエブ(18)を有し、前記可融部材(5)が前記トランジスタ(2)で発生した熱によって溶融したとき、前記張力によって前記中断部材(3)を少なくとも前記回路基板(1)から離脱させて電気接続を中断することを特徴とする制御ユニット。 - 前記作動部材(4)は、前記可融部材(5)により前記張力が付与された初期状態で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記可融部材(5)は、前記回路基板(1)の下面側に配置され、前記回路基板(1)は、前記回路基板(1)に押付けられる前記可融部材(5)と前記トランジスタ(2)との間に延びる熱的トラック(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記中断部材(3)は、前記回路基板(1)へハンダ付けされる接触プレート(3)により形成され、前記回路基板(1)と前記接触プレート(3)との間のトランジスタ側にあるハンダ接続部(23)は、前記トランジスタ(2)へ熱的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記回路基板(1)は、前記接触プレート(3)の真下に切取られた前記作動開口部(7)を有し、その開口部内で作動側にある前記作動部材(4)の端部が、前記初期状態において収納されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記作動部材(4)は、前記回路基板(1)の打抜そらせ部材(4)により形成され、前記湾曲セグメントと、前記可融部材(5)を保持する受容部材(20)を有する前記収容セグメント(17)と、前記湾曲セグメント(15)と前記収容セグメント(17)との間に延びる接続セグメント(16)と、を含み、前記接続セグメント(16)から、切欠きを通して前記接続セグメント(16)中に形成され、かつ前記回路基板(1)に対してほぼ直角に曲げられる前記作動ウエブ(18)が分岐することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記作動部材(4)は、前記作動部材(4)を収納する収納ハウジング(6)内で事前組立てされ、
前記収納ハウジング(6)は、前記収納ハウジング(6)が前記回路基板(1)に取り付けられる前に、前記作動部材(4)を固定するラッチ掛け部材(26)を有し、
前記収納ハウジング(6)が前記回路基板(1)に接続されるとき、前記ラッチ掛け部材(26)は前記作動部材(4)を解放することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記作動部材(4)を収納する収納ハウジング(6)が前記回路基板(1)に取り付けられる前に前記作動部材(4)を固定するラッチ掛け部材(26)は、前記収納ハウジング(6)を前記回路基板(1)に取り付ける前に前記収納ハウジング(6)の取付け表面に重なっており、
前記ラッチ掛け部材(26)は、前記収納ハウジング(6)上で回動できるように支持され、かつランオフ傾斜部(27)を有し、前記ランオフ傾斜部(27)は、事前組立て中に、前記作動部材(4)と相互作用し、かつ事前組立てした前記作動部材(4)を前記張力を受けて保持する取付け面(28)が続くことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記収納ハウジング(6)は、一体の射出成形部材として前記ラッチ掛け部材(26)と共に成形されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記収納ハウジング(6)は、前記回路基板(1)へラッチ掛けされることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記作動部材(4)は、前記収納ハウジング(6)へラッチ掛けされることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記収納ハウジング(6)は、前記湾曲セグメント(15)へ接続する前記作動部材(4)の取付け面(13)を保持する収納スロット(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの放熱部材(50)と、少なくとも1つの接触プレート(44)と、少なくとも1つの熱放散部材(43)とから成る層構成部を保持する装置ハウジング(40)を有する電気加熱装置であって、
少なくとも1つの熱放散部材(43)の加熱装置電力を制御する請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニットを備えたことを特徴とする電気加熱装置。
