Description
図5に示したコイン型の二次電池を作製した。この二次電池は、正極51と、負極52とを電解液を含浸させたセパレータ53を介して積層し、外装缶54と外装カップ55との間に挟み、ガスケット56を介してかしめたものである。まず、正極活物質としてリチウムコバルト複合酸化物(LiCoO2 )94質量部と、導電剤としてグラファイト3質量部と、結着剤としてポリフッ化ビニリデン3質量部とを混合したのち、N−メチル−2−ピロリドンを添加し正極合剤スラリーを得た。次いで、得られた正極合剤スラリーを、厚み20μmのアルミニウム箔よりなる正極集電体51Aに均一に塗布し乾燥させて厚みが70μmの正極活物質層51Bを形成した。そののち、正極活物質層51Bが形成された正極集電体51Aを直径16mmの円形に打ち抜き、正極51を作製した。
4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンに代えて、他のハロゲン原子を有する環状エステル誘導体を用いたことを除き、他は参考例1−3と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、他のハロゲン原子を有する環状エステル誘導体は、4−トリフルオロメチル−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オン、4−クロロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オン、またはフルオロ−γ−ブチロラクトンとした。
参考例3−1〜3−4として、溶媒であるγ−ブチロラクトンを更に加え、溶媒における4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンとCF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 との含有量を変化させたことを除き、他は参考例1−3と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オン:CF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 :γ−ブチロラクトン(体積比)は、それぞれ30:30:40、20:20:60、20:10:70または10:10:80とした。すなわち、4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンとCF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 との含有量は、それぞれ60体積%、40体積%、30体積%または20体積%とした。

参考例7−1,7−2として、負極活物質にスズを用い、厚み15μmの銅箔よりなる負極集電体52Aの上に真空蒸着法により厚み5μmのスズよりなる負極活物質層52Bを形成したことを除き、他は参考例1−3,1−4と同様にしてコイン型の二次電池を作製した。すなわち、電解液における環状エステル誘導体は、4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンとし、鎖式化合物は、CF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 ,またはCF3 CH2 OCOOCH2 CF3 とした。
参考例9−1,9−2,13−1,13−2として、溶媒であるγ−ブチロラクトンを更に加え、溶媒における4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンとCF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 との含有量を変化させたことを除き、他は参考例7−1,8−1と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オン:CF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 :γ−ブチロラクトン(体積比)は、それぞれ30:30:40、または20:20:60とした。すなわち、4−フルオロ−1,3−ジオキソラン−2−オンとCF3 CH2 OCOOCH3 との含有量は、それぞれ60体積%、または40体積%とした。
Claims (4)
- 前記環状エステル誘導体および前記鎖式化合物の含有量は、溶媒全体に対して40体積%以上である請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記鎖式化合物は、前記化1に示した化合物、前記化2(2)に示した化合物、あるいは前記化4(1)に示した化合物である請求項1記載の二次電池。
