Description
Claims (6)
- 自身の開口部(18)を通して膨張できるエアバッグ(14)と、
前記開口部(18)を通して前記エアバッグ(14)に膨張ガスを供給するエアバッグインフレータ(20)と、
前記エアバッグインフレータ(20)および前記エアバッグ(14)が取り付けられたエアバッグハウジング(13)と、
前記エアバッグハウジングに取り付けられ、前記膨張ガスが前記開口部(18)を通って前記エアバッグ(14)に流れるのを可能にする第1の位置から、前記膨張ガスを前記エアバッグ(14)の前記開口部(18)からそらす第2の位置に移動可能なフラップ(22)と、
放出空間(38)内に放出することができ、放出された時に前記フラップ(22)を前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置の間を移動させる推進剤(34)と、
前記放出空間(38)を少なくとも部分的に覆う中空ボディ(42)と、
前記中空ボディ(42)内でスライド可能に前記中空ボディ(42)内に設けられ、前記推進剤(34)が前記放出空間(38)に放出された後の作動位置と、前記推進剤(34)が前記放出空間(38)に放出される前の未作動位置とを有するピストン(58)と、
を有し、
前記ピストン(58)の少なくとも一部は、前記フラップ(22)を前記第2の位置に移動させる勢いを前記フラップ(22)に与える前記作動位置において前記フラップ(22)に接触するように、前記ピストン(58)の前記少なくとも一部が、前記作動位置において、前記未作動位置におけるよりも前記中空ボディ(42)の外側に突き出る、エアバッグモジュール(10)。 - 前記推進剤(34)は前記中空ボディ(42)に格納されている、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール(10)。
- 前記中空ボディ(42)は、前記作動位置において前記ピストン(58)上の引っ掛かり部(78)に接触するフランジ(74)を有している、請求項1または2に記載のエアバッグモジュール(10)。
- 前記中空ボディ(42)に通じる排気口(82)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のエアバッグモジュール(10)。
- 前記推進剤を格納し、前記推進剤(34)に通じている第1の電気接点(90)と第2の電気接点(94)を有し、前記中空ボディ(42)内に入れられている推進剤ハウジング(86)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のエアバッグモジュール(10)。
- 前記中空ボディ(42)は、中空ボディ直径(D1)を有する開口部を有し、前記ピストン(58)は、第1のピストン直径(D2)および第2のピストン直径(D3)を有し、前記第1のピストン直径(D2)は前記中空ボディ直径(D1)より大きく、前記第2のピストン直径(D3)は前記中空ボディ直径(D1)より小さい、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のエアバッグモジュール(10)。
