Claims (10)
- 試料の反応を検出するセンサ面を含む平面に当接して、前記平面と対向する対向面に設けられた溝部で前記センサ面を覆うことにより、前記試料が溶解した試料溶液を前記センサ面に送液する流路を形成する流路部材において、
非特異吸着が少なく、かつ弾性を有する材料が用いられ、所定の厚みで前記対向面と前記溝部との縁部及び前記流路の内壁面全体を構成する軟質部材と、
前記軟質部材よりも硬い材料が用いられるとともに、前記軟質部材と一体に成形され、前記軟質部材以外の部分を構成する硬質部材とからなることを特徴とする流路部材。 - 前記軟質部材は、少なくとも前記平面に当接する前には、前記硬質部材によって形成される前記対向面よりもわずかに突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流路部材。
- 前記軟質部材の前記平面との当接部の厚みを、0.1〜1.0mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の流路部材。
- 前記流路は、前記平面によって閉塞される前記溝部と、前記溝部の両端に略垂直に設けられた2つに貫通孔とによって略コの字型に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の流路部材。
- 前記軟質部材と前記硬質部材とには、それぞれ異なる樹脂材料が用いられており、両者は、二色成形法によって一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の流路部材。
- 前記軟質部材は、非晶質ポリオレフィンエラストマーであり、前記硬質部材は、晶質ポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の流路部材。
- 前記軟質部材には樹脂材料が、前記硬質部材には金属材料が、それぞれ用いられており、両者は、インサート成形法によって一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の流路部材。
- 前記軟質部材は、非晶質ポリオレフィンエラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の流路部材。
- 全反射条件を満たすように光が照射された際に、その反射光の光強度を減衰させる薄膜層が設けられたプリズムと、このプリズムに当接して、前記プリズムと対向する対向面に設けられた溝部で前記薄膜層を覆うことにより、試料溶液を前記薄膜層に送液する流路を形成する流路部材とを備え、前記試料溶液に溶解した試料が前記薄膜層に接触した際に、その反応状況に応じて前記減衰の生じる前記光の入射角度が変化するセンサユニットにおいて、
前記流路部材が、非特異吸着が少なく、かつ弾性を有する材料が用いられ、所定の厚みで前記対向面と前記溝部との縁部及び前記流路の内壁面全体を構成する軟質部材と、前記軟質部材よりも硬い材料が用いられるとともに、前記軟質部材と一体に成形され、前記軟質部材以外の部分を構成する硬質部材とからなることを特徴とするセンサユニット。 - 前記プリズムと前記流路部材とが当接した状態を保持する保持手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項9記載のセンサユニット。
