Claims (7)
- 少なくとも第1の移動無線網(2)および第2の移動無線網(3)を有し、移動端末(7)に対してパケットデータ網からサービスを提供するための異種移動無線システムであって、移動無線網(2、3)がそれぞれパケットデータ網への少なくとも1つのアクセスノード(4、5)を有し、第2の移動無線網(3)のアクセスノード(5)が第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)を介して間接的にのみパケットデータ網と接続可能であり、その際第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)と第2の移動無線網(3)のアクセスノード(5)の間に、データトンネルが備えられるようになった異種移動無線システムにおいて、
到来するデータトラフィックを第1の移動無線網と第2の移動無線網との間で分配するために第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)にホームエイジェント(9)が備えられ、その際移動無線網切換えの際に維持されるべき移動端末(7)のIPアドレスがホームアドレスとしてホームエイジェント(9)において登録され、第2の移動無線網(3)の利用の際に第1の移動無線網(2)と移動端末(7)との接続を維持するために、第1の移動無線網(2)が第2の移動無線網(3)のオーバレイ網を形成することを特徴とする異種移動無線システム。 - 第1の移動無線網(2)が2G/3G移動無線網でありかつ第2の移動無線網(3)がローカルな伝達網、特にWLANであるか、又は第1の移動無線網(2)が2G/3G移動無線網であるか、又は第2の移動無線網(3)がローカルな伝達網、特にWLANであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の異種移動無線システム。
- パケットデータ網がインターネットであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の異種移動無線システム。
- 2G/3G移動無線網のアクセスノードと第2の移動無線網のアクセスノードとの間のデータのトンネリングが、実存するプロトコル、特にGTPおよび/またはMIPにより実現されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の異種移動無線システム。
- 移動無線システムの移動端末(7)に対してパケットデータ網からサービスを提供するための方法であって、少なくとも下記のステップ、
a.それぞれパケットデータ網への少なくとも1つのアクセスノード(4、5)を有する少なくとも第1の移動無線網(2)および第2の移動無線網(3)を用意する、
b.データパケットが第2の移動無線網(3)とパケットデータ網との間で間接的に第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)を介してのみ転送され得るように、移動無線網(2、3)を組み合わせ、その際第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)と第2の移動無線網(3)のアクセスノード(5)との間にデータトンネリングが構築されるようになった方法において、
第1の移動無線網(2)のアクセスノード(4)において到来するデータトラフィックがホームエイジェント(9)により第1の移動無線網と第2の移動無線網との間で分配され、その際移動無線網切換えの際に維持されるべき移動端末(7)のIPアドレスがホームアドレスとしてホームエイジェント(9)において登録され、第1の移動無線網(2)が第2の移動無線網(3)のオーバレイ網を形成し、それにより第2の移動無線網(3)の利用の際に第1の移動無線網(2)と移動端末(7)との接続が維持されることを特徴とする方法。 - 第2の移動無線網の利用に対する料金支払が第1の移動無線網のなかで実行されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 第2の移動無線網の利用に対する認証および権限付与が第1の移動無線網のなかで実行されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
