Description
摩擦抵抗力の異なる大振動用ボルト構造部分と小振動用ボルト構造部分のものとがあり、これらの大振動用のボルト構造部分と小振動用のボルト構造部分とを力学的に直列に繋ぎ、前記小振動用ボルト構造部分における太い高力ボルトで、ある大きさ以上の振動を受けたときに剪断力を受けること、;
を含むものである。
また、弾性体が、例えば、周囲を金属で拘束されたゴム製若しくはウレタン製等の非金属製板、又は、前記非金属製板と金属製板との交互積層体であることで、高応力度で使用することが可能となる。
更に、建設構造物における構造用鋼板同士の重畳部分にJIS-H4000-A1100P又はJIS-H4000-A1050Pの低強度アルミニウム板が摩擦介在板として介在され、これらを全て貫通するボルトとナットとで所定の圧着力を与えるボルト締結構造体において、摩擦抵抗力の異なる大振動用ボルト構造部分と小振動用ボルト構造部分のものとがあり、これらの大振動用のボルト構造部分と小振動用のボルト構造部分とを力学的に直列に繋ぐことで、地震用と風用との2種類の振動に対応するコンパクトなダンパー構造体となる。
滑らせてエネルギー吸収させようとする目的の場合には、弾性体と押し板が必要であるが、わずか1mm程度の滑りを許して摩擦抵抗力が増大することだけを利用しようとする目的の場合には、弾性体と押し板が不要となり、さらに低コストにすることができる。
前記摩擦介在板とこれを挟装する構造用鋼板との両接触面の内、滑り面側の接触面における少なくとも片側面を粗面処理するとともに非滑り面側の接触面を一体化させるか、若しくは、前記非滑り面側の接触面を樹脂系接着剤,溶接,ろう付けで接着して一体化させることで、滑り面と非滑り面の区別が明確となり、施工時の作業性が向上し、また摩擦係数の増大を図ることもできる。
摩擦抵抗力の異なる大振動用ボルト構造部分と小振動用ボルト構造部分のものとがあるボルト締結構造体として、これらを力学的に直列に繋ぐことで、2種類の振動に対応するコンパクトなダンパー構造体となる。
他の実施例に係るボルト締結構造体1aとして、わずか1mm程度滑った時の大きな摩擦抵抗力だけを利用する目的の場合には、図1−4に示すように、弾性体と押し板が不要となり、通常のボルトとナットで締結させる程度で十分である。この場合には、さらに低コストにすることができる。

Claims (4)
- 建設構造物における構造用鋼板同士の重畳部分を貫通するボルトとナットとで所定の圧着力を与えるボルト締結構造体において、
前記構造用鋼板間にJIS-H4000-A1100P又はJIS-H4000-A1050Pの低強度アルミニウム板が摩擦介在板として介在され、
前記摩擦介在板は、ロール状に巻き回しされた状態からテープ状に引き出され、その長手方向に直交する方向の分離手段から離隔させられたものであること、
を特徴とするボルト締結構造体。 - 摩擦介在板と、該摩擦介在板に接合する鋼板との重畳部分で、それらを全て貫通するボルトとナットとで所定の圧着力を与えるボルト締結構造体において、
前記摩擦介在板が、JIS-H4000-A1100P又はJIS-H4000-A1050Pの低強度アルミニウム板であるとともに、この摩擦介在板は、ロール状に巻き回しされた状態からテープ状に引き出され、その長手方向に直交する方向の分離手段から離隔させられたものであること、
を特徴とするボルト締結構造体。 - 構造用鋼板同士の重畳部分又は摩擦介在板と鋼板との重畳部分の外側に、周囲を金属製のパイプで拘束されたゴム又はウレタンの弾性体と該弾性体用の押し板とが当てられ、それらを全て貫通するボルトとナットとで所定の圧着力を与えること、
