Abstract
【解決手段】 可動板12と、固定板13を交互に配置し、これらの可動板12と固定板13に形成した孔14,15に2本のスクリュー21,22を配置すると共に、その2本のスクリュー21,22の羽根25,26の一部をオーバラップさせ、両スクリュー21,22を回転駆動して、処理対象物を搬送しながら、液体を可動板12と固定板13の間の間隙gから排出させる。

Claims (4)
- 複数の可動板と、これらの可動板に形成された孔を貫通して延びる2本のスクリューとを有し、該2本のスクリューは、その羽根の一部が互いに重なった状態で並置されていると共に、処理対象物が同じ方向に搬送されるように、各スクリューの羽根の巻き方向と各スクリューの回転方向が設定され、前記可動板の孔は、回転する2本のスクリューの羽根によって該可動板が押動される大きさに設定されていることを特徴とする固液分離装置。
- 複数の固定板を有し、各固定板の間に前記各可動板がそれぞれ配置され、前記2本のスクリューは、固定板に形成された孔と可動板に形成された孔を貫通して延びている請求項1に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記可動板の孔は、ほぼ同一直径の2つの円を、その一部が重なった状態で配置し、かつこれらの円に2本の共通接線を引いたとき、その2本の共通接線と、前記2つの円の互いに重なった側とは反対側の2つの円弧とによって区画された長孔状に形成され、前記各スクリューの外径は、前記円の直径よりも小さく設定され、かつ前記2つの円の中心間距離は、前記2本のスクリューの中心軸線間距離よりも小さく設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記固定板の孔は、一部が重なった状態で、各スクリューの中心軸線とそれぞれ同心状に配置された2つの円によって区画されたほぼ瓢箪形に形成され、その各円の直径は、前記可動板の孔を区画する円の直径にほぼ等しく設定されている請求項3に記載の固液分離装置。
