Abstract

Description
、内部ヒータの第1の端部にあり、第1の電気接続部401は、内部ヒータの第2の端部にある。第1の電気接続部401は、細長部分411を介して電気的接合部409に接合される。第2の電気接続部405は、第1の電気接続部401に隣接した内部ヒータの第2の端部にあり、加熱フィラメント413を介して電気的接合部409に接続される。加熱フィラメント413は、電気的接合部409と第2の電気接続部405との間に延びる。また、第1の電気接続部401を電力供給源に電気的に接続するための第1の電気接続ブレード403と、第2の電気接続部405を電力供給源に電気的に接続するための第2の電気接続ブレード407とが設けられる。

Claims (17)
- エアロゾル発生装置であって、
エアロゾル形成基体を貯蔵するため、外側ハウジング及び内部通路を有し且つ前記外側ハウジング及び内部通路間に前記エアロゾル形成基体のためのリザーバを形成する貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部の内部通路の少なくとも部分的に内側にあり、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱してエアロゾルを形成する気化器と、
前記内部通路を少なくとも部分的に裏打ちして、前記エアロゾル形成基体を前記貯蔵部から前記気化器に向けて運ぶ多孔性接続部と、
を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記多孔性接続部が、多孔性材料の中空管体を含み、該中空管体の外側直径が、前記貯蔵部の内部通路の直径に実質的に等しい、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置が電気的に作動され、前記エアロゾル発生装置の気化器が、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための電気ヒータを含む、請求項1~2の何れかに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気ヒータが、第1の電気接続部と、第2の電気接続部と、前記第1の電気接続部及び前記第2の電気接続部間にある加熱フィラメントと、を含む、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記加熱フィラメントが、前記多孔性接続部と接触している、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記第1の電気接続部が前記内部通路の第1の端部に位置し、前記第2の電気接続部が前記内部通路の第2の端部に位置し、前記加熱フィラメントが、前記第1の電気接続部に結合された第1の端部と、前記第2の電気接続部に結合された第2の端部とを有する、請求項4又は5に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気ヒータが、前記第1の電気接続部、前記第2の電気接続部及び前記加熱フィラメントを形成するような形状にされた電気抵抗材料のシートを含む、請求項4又は5に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 少なくとも1つの空気入口及び少なくとも1つの空気出口を更に備え、前記空気入口及び空気出口が、前記空気入口から前記貯蔵部の内部通路を介して前記空気出口までの空気流れ経路を定めるように構成される、請求項1~7の何れかに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- カートリッジであって、
エアロゾル形成基体を貯蔵するため、外側ハウジング及び内部通路を有し且つ前記外側ハウジング及び内部通路間に前記エアロゾル形成基体のためのリザーバを形成する貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部の内部通路の少なくとも部分的に内側にあり、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱してエアロゾルを形成する気化器と、
前記内部通路を少なくとも部分的に裏打ちして、前記エアロゾル形成基体を前記貯蔵部から前記気化器に向けて運ぶ多孔性接続部と、
を備える、カートリッジ。 - 前記多孔性接続部が、多孔性材料の中空管体を含み、該中空管体の外側直径が、前記貯蔵部の内部通路の直径に実質的に等しい、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記気化器が、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための電気ヒータを含み、該電気ヒータが前記エアロゾル発生装置における電力供給源に接続可能である、請求項9又は10に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記電気ヒータが、第1の電気接続部と、第2の電気接続部と、前記第1の電気接続部及び前記第2の電気接続部間にある加熱フィラメントと、を含む、請求項11に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記加熱フィラメントが、前記多孔性接続部と接触している、請求項12に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の電気接続部が前記内部通路の第1の端部に位置し、前記第2の電気接続部が前記内部通路の第2の端部に位置し、前記加熱フィラメントが、前記第1の電気接続部に結合された第1の端部と、前記第2の電気接続部に結合された第2の端部とを有する、請求項12又は13の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記電気ヒータが、前記第1の電気接続部、前記第2の電気接続部及び前記加熱フィラメントを形成するような形状にされた電気抵抗材料のシートを含む、請求項12又は13の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記カートリッジが、少なくとも1つの空気入口及び少なくとも1つの空気出口を備え、前記空気入口及び空気出口が、前記空気入口から前記貯蔵部の内部通路を介して前記空気出口までの空気流れ経路を定めるように構成される、請求項9~15の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- カートリッジ及びエアロゾル発生装置を備えたエアロゾル発生システムであって、前記カートリッジ又はエアロゾル発生装置が、
エアロゾル形成基体を貯蔵するため、外側ハウジング及び内部通路を有し且つ前記外側ハウジング及び内部通路間に前記エアロゾル形成基体のためのリザーバを形成する貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部の内部通路の少なくとも部分的に内側にあり、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱してエアロゾルを形成する気化器と、
前記内部通路を少なくとも部分的に裏打ちして、前記エアロゾル形成基体を前記貯蔵部から前記気化器に向けて運ぶ多孔性接続部と、
を含む、エアロゾル発生システム。
