Claims (10)
- 前後方向へ突出するように形成された電極リードを備え、左右方向へ相互積層された複数のパウチ型二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの電極リードが形成された前方または後方に位置し、少なくとも一つ以上の電極リードが貫通して突出するように貫通口が形成されたバスバーフレームと、前記バスバーフレームの外面に取り付けられ、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池を電気的に接続するように導電性金属を有するバスバーと、を備えたバスバーアセンブリーと、
熱によって収縮した形態を有し、前記セルアセンブリーを内部に位置し、前記セルアセンブリーの側面及び前記バスバーアセンブリーの一部を囲むように構成された熱収縮性チューブと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱収縮性チューブは、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池のうち左右方向の最外郭に位置した二次電池の収納部の一部分に密着するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブには、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池の封止部の外表面と対応する凹凸構造が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱収縮性チューブの外面には、一部が外側方向へ隆起したエンボシング構造が複数個形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セルアセンブリーと前記熱収縮性チューブとの間に介在されるように付加された熱伝導性接着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性接着剤は、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池の側部を全体的に被覆するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性接着剤には、前記セルアセンブリーの複数のパウチ型二次電池が相互積層された間隙に流入して硬化した介在部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性接着剤は、金属を含むフィラーを内部に分散した形態で含まれることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを備える、自動車。
