Abstract
前記モジュールハウジングは、四角の板状に設けられ、前記セル積層体の下部で前記セル積層体を支持する下面板と、前記下面板における相互に対向する両エッジ領域から各々鉛直上方向に対して鋭角をなすように上方へ延びて形成され、上方へ進むほど間隔が狭くなり、弾性を有する、第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板と、を含み、前記第1左側加圧板及び前記第1右側加圧板が弾性的に付勢され、前記セル積層体の両サイド面を加圧できる。
Description
前記モジュールハウジングは、四角の板状に設けられた下面板であって、前記セル積層体の下部で前記セル積層体を支持する下面板と、前記下面板における相互に対向する両エッジ領域から各々鉛直上方向に対して鋭角をなすように上方へ延びて形成された第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板であって、上方へ進むほど間隔が狭くなり、弾性を有する、第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板と、を含み、前記第1左側加圧板及び前記第1右側加圧板が弾性的に付勢され、前記セル積層体の両サイド面を加圧し得る。

Claims (9)
- パウチ型バッテリーセルが並んで立てられ、水平方向に積層されるように構成されたセル積層体と、前記セル積層体を収納するモジュールハウジングと、を有するバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記モジュールハウジングは、
四角の板状に設けられた下面板であって、前記セル積層体の下部で前記セル積層体を支持する下面板と、
前記下面板における相互に対向する両エッジ領域から各々鉛直上方向に対して鋭角をなすように上方へ延びて形成された第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板であって、上方へ進むほど間隔が狭くなり、弾性を有する、第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板と、
を含み、
前記第1左側加圧板及び前記第1右側加圧板が弾性的に付勢され、前記セル積層体の両サイド面を加圧することを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングが、
前記第1左側加圧板及び前記第1右側加圧板の上端部に溶接またはボルト結合して前記セル積層体の上部を覆う上面板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、
四角の板状に設けられた上面板であって、前記セル積層体の上部から前記セル積層体の上部を覆う上面板と、
弾性を有する第2左側加圧板及び第2右側加圧板であって、前記上面板における両エッジ領域から各々下方へ延びて形成され、前記第2左側加圧板が前記第1左側加圧板の外面に密着するように弾性的に付勢され、第2右側加圧板が前記第1右側加圧板の外面に密着するように弾性的に付勢される、第2左側加圧板及び第2右側加圧板と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第2左側加圧板及び前記第2右側加圧板が前記下面板の縁端内側に位置するように、前記第1左側加圧板及び前記第1右側加圧板が、前記下面板の縁端より所定の間隔の内側から上方へ延びて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第2左側加圧板及び前記第2右側加圧板の下端部が、前記下面板の上面に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 四角の板状の下面板と、前記下面板における相互に対向する両エッジ領域から各々鉛直上方向に対して鋭角をなすように上方へ延びて形成され、上方へ進むほど間隔が狭くなり、弾性を有する、第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板と、から構成された第1モジュールハウジング、及び前記第1モジュールハウジングに収納されるセル積層体を設ける段階と、
前記第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板を弾性限界以内で引っ張って間隔を広げ、前記セル積層体を前記第1モジュールハウジングの内部に挿入した後、前記第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板を放すことで前記セル積層体の両サイド面を加圧する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板の上端部に上面板を溶接またはボルト結合する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 四角の板状の上面板と、前記上面板における相互に対向する両エッジ領域から各々鉛直下方向に対して鋭角をなすように下方へ延びて形成され、下方へ進むほど間隔が狭くなり、弾性を有する、第2左側加圧板及び第2右側加圧板と、から構成された第2モジュールハウジングを設ける段階と、
前記第2左側加圧板及び第2右側加圧板を弾性限界以内で引っ張って間隔を広げ、前記上面板を前記第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板の上端部にかぶせた後、前記第2左側加圧板及び第2右側加圧板を放して前記第1左側加圧板及び第1右側加圧板を加圧する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第2左側加圧板及び前記第2右側加圧板の下端部を前記第1モジュールハウジングに溶接またはボルト結合する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
