Claims (10)
- 上下方向に立設された複数のバッテリーセルが水平方向に並んで積層された形態で構成されたセルアセンブリ;及び
前記セルアセンブリの下部を支持する支持部、前記支持部の一端と他端でそれぞれ上方に折り曲げられた形態で構成された外側面部、及び前記外側面部の上端で内側下方に折り曲げられた形態で構成された内側面部を備えるエンドプレート;を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内側面部は、下端に突設された形態の係止突起部を含み、
前記支持部は、前記係止突起部が挿入されて前記内側面部の移動をガイドまたは制限するガイド溝部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内側面部は、第1内側面部と第2内側面部で構成され、
前記第1内側面部の下端と前記第2内側面部の下端との間の距離が前記セルアセンブリの水平方向の幅未満である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内側面部は、前記第1内側面部の上端と前記第2内側面部の上端との間の距離が前記セルアセンブリの水平方向の幅以上である、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持部、前記外側面部及び前記内側面部が一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記内側面部が前記外側面部の上端から鋭角で折り曲げられた形態で構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記内側面部は、前記外側面部に向かって突出して前記外側面部との離隔距離を予め設定された距離以下に制限する突出部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 上下方向に立設された複数のバッテリーセルが水平方向に並んで積層された形態で構成されたセルアセンブリの下部を支持する支持部、
前記支持部の一端と他端でそれぞれ上方に折り曲げられた形態で構成された外側面部、及び
前記外側面部の上端で内側下方に折り曲げられた形態で構成された内側面部を含むエンドプレート。 - 請求項1〜請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール、及び
前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するパックケースを含むバッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
