Claims (9)
- 高圧容器に収容された流体を、調圧弁を介して下流側に供給する高圧容器システムであって、
前記調圧弁よりも上流で前記高圧容器の内圧を測定する上流側圧力センサと、
前記調圧弁よりも下流で前記流体の圧力を測定する複数の下流側圧力センサと、
前記高圧容器の内圧が、前記調圧弁よりも下流の前記流体の圧力に達するまで低下した際、該高圧容器の内圧が下限設定値を下回らないことを監視する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記下流側圧力センサの異常を検知する異常検知部を有し、
前記下流側圧力センサの異常が検知されない正常時には、前記下流側圧力センサの測定値に基づき、前記高圧容器の内圧を監視し、
前記下流側圧力センサの何れかが異常であることが検知された異常時には、前記下流側圧力センサの測定値と、前記上流側圧力センサの測定値とに基づき、前記高圧容器の内圧を監視する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項1記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記正常時には、複数の前記下流側圧力センサの測定値を下流側閾値と比較することで前記高圧容器の内圧を監視し、
複数の前記下流側圧力センサの少なくとも一つの測定値が前記下流側閾値以下となったとき、前記高圧容器からの前記流体の排出を停止する停止タイミングであると判定する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項2記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記異常検知部は、
複数の前記下流側圧力センサの何れが異常であるかが特定されるとき、前記異常時を異常センサ特定パターンとして判定し、
複数の前記下流側圧力センサの何れが異常であるかが特定されないとき、前記異常時を異常センサ不特定パターンとして判定する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項3記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記異常検知部が、前記異常センサ特定パターンであると判定した場合、異常であると特定された前記下流側圧力センサを除く残余の前記下流側圧力センサの測定値を前記下流側閾値と比較するとともに、前記上流側圧力センサの測定値を上流側閾値と比較することで前記高圧容器の内圧を監視し、
前記残余の下流側圧力センサの測定値が前記下流側閾値以下となったとき、又は前記上流側圧力センサの測定値が前記上流側閾値以下となったとき、前記停止タイミングであると判定する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項4記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記異常検知部が、前記異常センサ不特定パターンであると判定した場合、全ての前記下流側圧力センサの測定値を前記下流側閾値と比較するとともに、前記上流側圧力センサの測定値を前記上流側閾値と比較することで前記高圧容器の内圧を監視し、
前記下流側圧力センサの少なくとも一つの測定値が前記下流側閾値以下となったとき、又は前記上流側圧力センサの測定値が前記上流側閾値以下となったとき、前記停止タイミングであると判定する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項4又は5記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記上流側圧力センサの測定レンジは、前記下流側圧力センサの測定レンジよりも大きく、
前記上流側閾値は、前記上流側圧力センサの測定誤差の範囲に応じた大きさ分、前記下限設定値よりも大きく設定され、
前記下流側閾値は、前記下流側圧力センサの測定誤差の範囲に応じた大きさ分、前記下限設定値よりも大きく設定され、
前記上流側閾値は、前記下流側閾値よりも大きい、高圧容器システム。 - 高圧容器に収容された流体を、調圧弁を介して下流側に供給する高圧容器システムであって、
少なくとも容器内流体残量を算出するために前記調圧弁よりも上流で前記高圧容器の内圧を測定する上流側圧力センサと、
前記調圧弁よりも下流で前記流体の圧力を測定する2個の下流側圧力センサと、
前記高圧容器の内圧が、前記調圧弁よりも下流の前記流体の圧力に達するまで低下した際、該高圧容器の内圧が下限設定値を下回らないことを監視する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記2個の下流側圧力センサの何れかの異常を検知する異常検知部を有し、
前記2個の下流側圧力センサの異常が検知されない正常時には、前記2個の下流側圧力センサの測定値を用いて、前記高圧容器の内圧を監視し、
前記2個の下流側圧力センサの何れかが異常であることが検知された異常時には、前記2個の下流側圧力センサの少なくとも一方の測定値と、前記上流側圧力センサの測定値とを用いて、前記高圧容器の内圧を監視する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器システムにおいて、
前記高圧容器は、前記流体が給排される樹脂製のライナと、前記ライナの外面を覆う繊維強化プラスチック製の補強層と、を有する、高圧容器システム。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器システムを備えた燃料電池車両。
