Claims (12)
- 複数の結合点で結合した複数のスパンボンド捲縮繊維を備えるパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シートであって、前記パターン付きスパンボンド不織布シートの全ての繊維がスパンボンド捲縮繊維であり、
前記シート内の前記繊維の配置は不均質でありかつ好ましくは規則性パターンに従って変化することを特徴とする、パターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。 - 前記布地シート内の前記繊維の密度及び/又は前記繊維の平均配向及び/又は前記繊維の平均捲縮半径は、不均質であって前記パターンに応じて変化する、請求項1に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 前記シートは、前記パターンに応じてその領域上に分散配置された、2種類の異なる区域を備え、前記種類は、平均より上の繊維濃度を有する高密度領域及び平均より下の繊維濃度を有する低密度領域であり、前記高密度領域は、前記布地シートの全重量の50%と80%との間を占める、請求項2に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 前記パターンは前記シートの製造方向に配向された、平行で好ましくは途切れていないストライプで構成され、前記ストライプは、好ましくは直線、湾曲、又はジグザグ形状である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 前記シートは、前記パターンに従って配置された複数の交互になった隆起部及び窪み部を備える3次元構造を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 前記捲縮繊維は、捲縮多成分繊維であり、好ましくは1又は全ての成分がポリマー成分であり、より好ましくは、ポリプロピレンを含むかポリプロピレンから成る、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のパターン付きスパンボンド不織布シートを形成する方法であって、
複数の結合点で結合した複数のスパンボンド捲縮繊維を備え、前記パターン付きスパンボンド不織布シートの全ての繊維がスパンボンド捲縮繊維である、平らなスパンボンド不織布シート出発材料を提供するステップと、
前記出発材料を、局所的に伸張力を適用して機械的に活性化させて、前記パターンに従って前記繊維の配置を変えるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記出発材料を提供するステップと前記出発材料を活性化させるステップは、互いに離れた異なる現場で行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記機械的に活性化させるステップは、表面が組み合わされる環状溝及び頂点を備える一対の相互作用するロールを備えるミル内で、前記平らな不織布シートをローリングさせるステップを含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 熱エンボス加工から得られた好ましくは規則的に分散配置された複数の結合点で結合した複数のスパンボンド捲縮繊維を含む平らなスパンボンド不織布シート出発材料であって、前記平らなスパンボンド不織布シートの全ての繊維はスパンボンド捲縮繊維であり、
布地表面の単位平方センチメートル当たりの前記結合点の数は、10と40との間、好ましくは20と30との間であり、前記結合点の全面積は、前記布地の全面積の6%と18%との間、好ましくは10%と15%との間であることを特徴とする、平らなスパンボンド不織布シート。 - 前記結合点の刻印深さは、0.3mmと2.0mmとの間、好ましくは0.5mmと1.0mmとの間である、請求項11に記載の平らなスパンボンド不織布シート。
- 前記布地シートのグラム/平方メートル(g/m2)で表される坪量を、カレンダーボンディングのミリメートル(mm)で表される刻印深さで除算することで得られた商は、20と150との間、好ましくは40と90との間である、請求項10又は11に記載の平らなスパンボンド不織布シート。
