Abstract

Claims (15)
- 内腔を備えるシェルと、
少なくとも部分的に前記内腔から径方向に伸長し、一部導電性領域を備える少なくとも1つのフランジと
を備えるボビン。 - 前記シェルは、中空シェルまたは円筒形シェルを備える、請求項1に記載のボビン。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフランジは、少なくとも部分的に、低電圧部品と前記シェルに巻き付けられた電気コイルとの電圧差によって生成される電界の等電位線を実質的に辿るような形状である、請求項1または2に記載のボビン。
- 前記一部導電性領域は、前記少なくとも1つのフランジと低電圧部品との間の空間に位置する絶縁体の破壊電圧を超える電界強度に対応する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記低電圧部品は、接地部品、または少なくとも1つの磁気コアの脚である、請求項4に記載のボビン。
- 前記一部導電性領域の一部導電性と同等の体積抵抗率値を有する材料を更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 少なくとも1つの磁気コアを更に備え、前記内腔は、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コアの脚を概ね包囲する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記シェルは、概ね円形、楕円形、正方形、長方形、角が丸みを帯びた多角形、または多角形状である外側表面を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記一部導電性領域は、0.1オーム/スクエア〜1メガオーム/スクエアの範囲内の面積抵抗率を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記一部導電性領域は、低電位または電気接地に電気的に接続される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記一部導電性領域は、前記領域の第1の端部から前記領域の第2の端部へ伸長する絶縁ギャップを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記領域を横断する電気的隔離ギャップを更に備え、前記電気的隔離ギャップは、前記領域が前記磁気コアを取り囲む閉電気接続を形成することを防ぐ、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のボビン。
- 前記電気的隔離ギャップは、前記ボビンを備える変圧器の磁界軸の方向に沿って配置される、請求項12に記載のボビン。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のボビンを備える電気変圧器または誘導器。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のボビン、誘導器、または変圧器を備える高電圧電源および/またはインバータ。
