Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を示すタイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。本実施形態では、好ましい態様として、乗用車用の空気入りタイヤ1が示される。但し、本発明は、例えば、自動二輪車用、重荷重用を含め、他のカテゴリーのタイヤ1にも適用しうるのは、言うまでもない。
初期伸張歪:10%
動歪の振幅:±2%
周波数 :10Hz
変形モード:引張
測定温度 :70℃
リム:7.5J
タイヤ内圧:230kPa
第1部分の深さh1(3mm)/H(6.3mm):48%
第2部分の幅w2(最大幅):4mm
サイプの幅w3:0.7mm
実施例1〜実施例5、8、9:サイプは、第2漸増部のみを覆って連なる。
実施例6:サイプは、第1等幅部のみに連なっている。
実施例7:サイプは、第2等幅部に連なっている。
各試供タイヤを加硫成形後、加硫金型を引き離した際に、サイプが交差している横溝内のゴム欠けによる損傷状態が目視で確認された。結果は、タイヤ10本の平均のゴム欠け数であり、数値が小さいほど優れていることを示す。
インサイドドラム試験機を用いて、各試供タイヤの制動力が、ハイドロプレーニング現象によって最大制動力の50%になったときの速度が測定された。即ち、摩耗初期状態の排水性能である。測定条件は、下記のとおりである。結果は、比較例を100とする指数であり、数値が大きい程、排水性能が優れていることを示す。

水深:5.0mm
室内用のタイヤコーナリング試験機を用い、コーナリングフォースを測定してコーナリングパワーを求めた。摩耗初期状態のコーナリングパワーである。結果は、比較例を100とした指数であり、数値が大きいほどコーナリングパワーが高く、パターン剛性が大きいことを示す。

Claims (11)
- トレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部には、タイヤ周方向にのびる少なくとも1本の主溝によって陸部が区分されており、
前記陸部には、前記陸部をタイヤ軸方向に横切る横溝と、サイプとが設けられており、
前記横溝の横断面は、前記陸部の踏面側に位置する第1部分と、前記第1部分よりもタイヤ半径方向内側で前記第1部分よりも大きい幅を有する第2部分とを含み、
前記サイプは、前記横溝の少なくとも前記第1部分と交差して設けられている、
タイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、前記第2部分に達することなく設けられている、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記第2部分に連なっている、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記横溝と十字状に交差している、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプの長さは、前記第2部分の最大幅よりも大きい、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記横溝は、タイヤ軸方向に対して傾斜している、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記横溝は、タイヤ軸方向に対して25〜70度で傾斜している、請求項6記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部の平面視において、前記横溝は、円弧状に湾曲している、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記横溝に複数本設けられている、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部は、トレッド端を含むショルダー陸部と、それよりもタイヤ赤道側に配されたミドル陸部とを含み、
前記横溝が形成された前記陸部が、前記ミドル陸部である、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ミドル陸部は、前記ショルダー陸部よりも複素弾性率が大きいゴム組成物を含む、請求項10記載のタイヤ。
