Claims (4)
- 車体フレームに対して固定されるバッテリの上面に設けられてケーブルが接続されるバッテリ端子の被水防止構造であって、
前記車体フレームに対して固定されたカバー取付状態で前記バッテリの前記上面及び前記バッテリ端子を上方から覆うバッテリカバーと、
弾性を有し、前記バッテリカバーに固定され、前記カバー取付状態で前記ケーブルの上方を前記ケーブルと交叉して延びる弾性カバー部材と、を備え、
前記弾性カバー部材のうち前記カバー取付状態で前記ケーブルと交叉する部分には、下方へ開放されて前記ケーブルの挿通を許容する切欠部が形成され、
前記カバー取付状態での前記弾性カバー部材の前記切欠部内の下面は、前記ケーブルの外周面に沿って弾性変形して前記ケーブルに上方から密着し、
前記カバー取付状態での前記弾性カバー部材は、前記ケーブルが延びる横方向から前記バッテリ端子を覆う
ことを特徴とするバッテリ端子の被水防止構造。 - 請求項1に記載の被水防止構造であって、
前記弾性カバー部材の上下方向の高さは、前記ケーブルの外径よりも大きく設定され、
前記カバー取付状態の前記切欠部を除く前記弾性カバー部材の下端縁部は、前記バッテリの前記上面に密着する
ことを特徴とするバッテリ端子の被水防止構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の被水防止構造であって、
前記弾性カバー部材の切欠部の幅は、前記ケーブルの外径よりも大きく設定される
ことを特徴とするバッテリ端子の被水防止構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3に記載の被水防止構造であって、
前記弾性カバー部材が、柔軟性を有する非連続気泡のスポンジゴム材で形成される
ことを特徴とするバッテリ端子の被水防止構造。
