Claims (25)
- 第1の領域と、前記第1の領域に囲まれる第2の領域とを有する表示パネルであって、
上部基板と、
前記上部基板とともに組み立てられた下部基板と、
前記上部基板及び前記下部基板の間に配置された表示媒体層と、
前記上部基板の上面に配置され、前記第1の領域に位置するパターン化遮光層であり、頂部と、前記頂部及び前記上部基板の間の複数の延在部とを有するパターン化遮光層と、
前記第1の領域に位置する複数の埋め込みパターンであり、前記埋め込みパターンのそれぞれは、2つの隣接する前記延在部の間に位置し、前記頂部によって覆われる、複数の埋め込みパターンと、
を備える表示パネル。 - 前記上部基板の前記上面に配置され、前記第2の領域に位置するパターン化反射防止層をさらに備え、前記パターン化反射防止層は、前記パターン化遮光層に囲まれる、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記反射防止層上に配置された疎水性材料層をさらに備え、前記疎水性材料層は、前記第1の領域にはない、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの1つの高さは、前記パターン化反射防止層の厚さと同じである、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの1つの高さは、前記パターン化反射防止層の厚さより大きい、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの材料は、前記反射防止層の材料と同じである、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの材料は無機材料である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの材料は、前記上部基板の材料と同じである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの1つの上面は、前記第2の領域の前記上部基板の前記上面と同一平面である、請求項8に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンは、前記上部基板と一体に形成される、請求項8に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記上部基板は、前記第1の領域に位置する複数の凹所を有し、前記凹所は前記延在部とそれぞれ整列して位置付けられる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記延在部は、前記凹所内にそれぞれ延在する、請求項11に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記凹所の1つの深さは、数マイクロメートルから数百マイクロメートルまでの範囲にある、請求項11に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記凹所にそれぞれ配置された複数のパディングパターンをさらに備え、前記延在部は、前記パディングパターンの上にそれぞれ位置する、請求項11に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パディングパターンの材料は、前記埋め込みパターンの材料と同じである、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パディングパターンは、前記凹所をそれぞれ完全に埋め、前記延在部の下面は、前記第2の領域の前記上部基板の前記上面と同一平面である、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パディングパターンは、前記凹所をそれぞれ部分的に埋め、前記延在部は、前記凹所内にそれぞれ延在し、前記延在部の下面は前記第2の領域の前記上部基板の前記上面より低い、請求項14に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンの上にそれぞれ配置された複数のレイジングパターンをさらに備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記レイジングパターンは、前記パターン化遮光層及び前記埋め込みパターンによって包まれる、請求項18に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記レイジングパターンは、前記埋め込みパターンとそれぞれ整列される、請求項18に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記レイジングパターンの材料は、無機材料である、請求項18に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンのそれぞれの幅は、数マイクロメートルから数十マイクロメートルまでの範囲である、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記埋め込みパターンのピッチは、数マイクロメートルから数十マイクロメートルまでの範囲である、請求項1から22のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記上部基板上に配置され、前記上部基板及び前記表示媒体層の間に位置する電極層をさらに備える、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記上部基板及び前記下部基板の間に配置された封止材をさらに備え、
前記封止材は、前記第1の領域に位置し、前記表示媒体層を囲む、請求項1から24のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
